I bought the tickets to see Coldplay for my fiancés birthday cuz it was one of the items on her bucket list and I was well informed to the time change which was awesome and the tickets were very readily available I didn't have to jump through hoops to download them.
Ticket bought directly from the Cape Cod Melody Tent are MUCH MUCH cheaper! $58/ticket! We were charged over $100/ticket through ticketliquidator! Total SCAM! Save $$$ buying tickets directly from the place that is having the concert. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will never purchase tickets from TicketLiquidator again!
His voice may not be the best but it never was. What he does perfectly is tell a story with his songs and Billy Joel nailed it during his concert at Wrigley Field on August 26.

I had the worst experience. I will never buy ticket from your site or another third party, and tell that to all my friends. Tickets were otherprice, 300$ for 2 tickets. We came from another state, I dont know how it happened, but tickets got lost and those tickets can not be printed from the website or replicated. "Pageant of the Masters" told us, its not their tickets and thhy can not dublicate them.We couldn't get in, despite we paid for the tickets. Yes, its was my falt, but things can happeed with anybody. Its 21 century, all tickets has to be available on line, like a plane ticket. Please take me off your mail list.
Locating the seats was cumbersome and imprecise. Extremely high priced fees. Complete rip-off.

Cheapest tickets I could find on the Internet for the best seating. General Admission 1 week before the concert at Madison Square Garden for only $140! Other websites were asking for over $200.

I bought tickets to the 49ers vs Broncos 2014 Preseason game at Levi stadium. I got awesome tickets and had a blast but when I was ordering the parking pass over the phone the lady I was speaking with told me I would be buying a pass for a tailgating parking lot. Excited I made the purchase only to get my verification email and find out there was no tailgating. Unhappy I called the management team and told them what had happened being I was sold the wrong tickets by their worker and I wanted me money back but they told me all they could do is sell me another pass. Because it was a Father's Day present I had already told my dad about I bought the other parking pass so I could tailgate with my dad and I didn't get my money back for their mistake. I will never buy from this site again because of the 50$ I wasted after buying a pass I couldn't resell because I didn't have it in my possession until the week of the game.
I would strongly advise against purchasing tickets from Ticket Liquidator as they do not qualify their sellers before listing. I purchased 2 Club Level tickets at a price of $52 per ticket, with service fees & delivery charges this came to a total of $145. However these were only passes to a supposedly VIP area within the Pepsi Center NOT tickets, and DID NOT include entry to the venue or the event. This was definitely not clear when I made the purchase nor was it on any subsequent confirmation correspondence which clearly stated tickets, rather than passes only. They basically gave us access to the club level bar, and better restrooms. Although I ordered these almost 4 months in advance, they didn't send them until two days prior at which point I realized they were not tickets and had to buy last minute tickets at a premium. The Pepsi Center confirmed you are not allowed to sell these passes independent of tickets and they should not have put them on their site. They provided me a 3% discount on the new tickets and a 15% discount on future orders, which will not make up for either the cost or inconvenience this caused as the tickets were a birthday present.
09/30 Ticketliquidator gave me a voucher code (valid for one year) to the value of these tickets/passes. I considered this a satisfactory resolution.

Tickets were not sent until 26hrs before event. Had originally bought 8 tickets thru StubHub for the first night of a two-night show and found that several people could not make it that night. Fortunately I was able to IMMEDIATELY receive and print my tickets and re-sell them for my cost on Craigslist. I then found 8 tickets for the second night on TL and purchased, but did not receive until 26hrs before the event, which would have been impossible to recoup if we had any problems. Was told this was an VENUE regulations - the SAME venue that we got our first-night tickets immediately thru StubHub. Will NOT be using Ticket Liquidators for future ticket purchases!

Tickets purchased from you were invalid, could not get into show, MasterCard notified of fraudulent purchase of these tickets. I will not recommend this website to anyone.
We have purchased thousands of dollars over the past few years and our most recent purchase of $1700 for a concert was a scam on this site. We got to the venue and were not allowed into the arena due to the fact that people were already in our seats and our tickets had already been scanned. We called customer service, were on hold for over 45 minutes and were told they'd do nothing at all. 10 minutes later we got a call from a rep stating that there was a representative at the venue, that rep was no where to be found, he didn't exist. We will NEVER buy from them again. We were later told IF we could get proof that we did not enter, though we were on the phone with them through the majority of the concert, we would get back 125%. The venue told us they've never given proof of non entry and do not supply customers with anything proving that. Not only did we miss our event, we were not offered anything for the hassle and were given a difficult time because we were not able to get this letter from the venue. Go elsewhere for tickets!
The ticket I got was not good, it was too the left of the stage and I couldn't see all, for the amont of money I spent, it was not worth it. I ask when I got the ticket, if it was a good ticket, and she said it was good, and it wasn't, I don't miind spending the money, but I expected a better seat., its all about the money, I had to pay a extra $85 dollars for each ticket, which was 4 tickets, which total $340.00. Also the $25.00 rebate, that is a RIP OFF, I have to subscribe to a member ship for a$1.00 and then to get the money, I should either cancel the membership or keep it. In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
