Never use ticket eraser! They do not deliver, at least not in my case, do not respond to any mail and also not via the chat function on the site. To date, no refund has been received either, now goes through the formal route of the bank.

I have bought 3 tickets for Arsenal-Watford game. Obviously because of the COVID-19 situation the gave is not going to be played at the same date.The "Criminals"(Ticketgum) send me a mail and offer me:

I refused both of the options as I was planning to go on this game with my son and my nephew. Both of them does not live in UK.The criminals offer me 30% refund?!?! How stupid you have to be even to make this kind of offer?!?! My advice is: Never, ever buy anything from them because if there is any issue you are going to loose your money!

I'm not really a person that leaves negative reviews because I know how much it can harm a company, but this is my first. I had to post to save other people the trouble because this company is the worst I have dealt with.

Due to the pandemic, the Liverpool v Man City match was cancelled and I asked for a refund. Initially, I was told I will get no refund and can not get credit. After mentioning I will leave a negative review, they said they can offer full credit IF I sign an NDA where I don't leave a negative review.

Long story short, I contacted my bank to file a chargeback and I received a full refund. I urge everyone who is in the same situation as me to contact their bank and file for a chargeback. Don't let them offer you vouchers/slight refund as they can go bust any day and you will be left with nothing.

Do not buy from this website. If you look at the positive reviews, they are all fake. They are professional headshots taken from Shutterstock and hashed together with a review praising the site.

Please don't make the mistake I made. Yes the tickets are cheap, but the customer service is a joke when things go wrong. Give yourself the peace of mind and buy from a reputable seller.

An absolute rip off. An absolute rip off. I bought tickets to Chelsea V Everton 8th of march 2020 and had to go collect the tickets in a place in Edgeware road on the morning of the game. When I got to the game I was refused entry. I sent an email to these people who have not responded. It cost me 300 for tickets plus 500 for flights and ended up watching the game from a pub on Fulham Broadway. My name is also now blacklisted with Chelsea Football Club. Please do not give these people your hard earned money

I purchased two tickets for over £400 to a match. I gave these as a gift to business associates, who turned up to the game to find the tickets were fraudulent and refused entry. I notified Ticketgum and provided a document given by the stadium proving the tickets were fake. Ticketgum refused to refund my money unless I promised not to let people know in social media they sell fake tickets. Obviously I decided people should know this is a terrible organisation and the lack of bad reviews is due to people who want their money returned.

I bought two tickets (category Short Side Gold) for the game Liverpool vs Arsenal at the agency mentioned. The total price for the tickets was nearly 500 Euro. The tickets were sent 3 days before the game by post to the hotel I booked. After making sure my seats are in the "Strictly Limited Visibility" (Anfield Lower Stand, Series 35) area, I contacted the agency by email. My questions were either answered with generated answers or not at all.

When I arrived at the stadium, I could not believe my eyes. While sitting, I could rather see the opposite goal. While standing, only the half of the pitch was visible (if you could even see through the heads of standing fans in front of you).

My opinion is, that the price-performance was not given in this case. The customer service was also terrible, after I transferred the money.

I hope that I could help with my (self-inflicted) experience.

I purchased tickets for 2 days at Roland Garros tennis event 2019. I only received tickets for 1 day and i have sent over 20 emails to them to no avail. They still haven't sent my Ticket to me. I am coming all the way from the US to this event and they don't care.
My order number *******. If someone is reading this from this fraudulent company, please send me my ticket asap. I will be reporting them to the FBI.
I hope The Tennis tournament( French Open will put them on the list of the ticket fraudsters)
