My hard working mum paid £400 for tickets for my brothers birthday for him and his friends only to realise it's a complete scam and he now has no birthday present and my mum worked days just to be robbed by the sad people who run this website. Shocking that people like this still exist in this world, honestly don't know how you can sleep at night stealing money from innocent family's.

Tickets arrived on time! Amazing seats and a great day out! I will use these guys again without a doubt. Paid over the top price but it was the only way to see my team in champions league.

Please heed the other reviews and avoid, avoid, avoid. Sold tickets through them and I specifically emailed them to query if they had been received OK which they confirmed they had. Then spent 2 weeks chasing payment and getting the runaround only to get a response today, 4 weeks after the match in question, that the tickets were duplicates (they absolutely were not and nobody had messaged me meanwhile to advise this). Also lied that they had tried repeatedly to contact me on the day of the match but my phone records show this to be untrue. If you are looking to buy or sell tickets I recommend Fanpass instead of this company as they will actually pay you and not rip you off.

This is the only site I use to get tickets to watch my teams play. I've used them at least 6 times with no issues, I have no complaints.

Total pish place to deal with. Ordered a ticket to a Scotland UKRIANE game, never sent a ticket till I told them I was disputing purchase with card company if they didn't issue a refund. They finally sent one in reply but by then I didn't need it, now that game is no longer on for 24March, they still won't refund even though I would ;d be coming from the States and can't make a date in June. Updated card company who stated not to worry they will lose dispute. Ridiculous you have to go through all that but at least they get to eat the dispute fee.
Save yourself the hassle and get a ticket from a more reputable place, this place seems like 1 guy in a basement running it.

I successfully sold tickets to a cup final through this company, the transaction went perfectly, the buyer received the tickets, ticket4football received the money from the buyer, plus their commission but my payment was never made to me.

I have been awaiting payment of £615.62 since March 2020 (9 months).

I was told at the start of the COVID pandemic that payments had been suspended due to a government enforced quarantine in Spain where the company is based and no one was able to process the payment outside the office. Strange, but I respected that and waited for the quarantine to be lifted.

I rang the owner of the company after the quarantine was lifted in Spain and was informed on the phone that payments would not recommence until the general population are allowed back in to stadia.

So regardless of the fact that Ticket4Football made money from the sale of my tickets, they are refusing to give me that money until they are again making a profit as a company.

Stadiums in the UK have still not opened their doors and my money is still being withheld.

What this company has done to me is against the law.
The sale went through, the buyer received the tickets, Ticket4Football received the payment in full (including their commission) and then flat out refused to pay me what i am owed, using the COVID pandemic as a smokescreen reason to not give me the money that was made from the sale of my tickets.

I understand it has been a tough year for all, but this company made their commission from the sale of the tickets, they are now just wilfully withholding the money that they owe me.

It is truly disgusting, its theft.

I was flying home to Ireland from NYC for a family event. Found the site TICKETS4FOOTBALL and seen tickets for Celtic v RB Leipzig, so i bought tickets for game at celtic Park, spent over 1000 on 4 tickets. Straight off the bat i could not get a straight answer on how I was receiving the tickets, in fairness they did answer me back when I would email, but never with a clear answer always to assure me that it would be easy. Then they sent me an email to tell me that they were able to upgrade my tickets, to where they never said, but they told me to pick up from the box office and asked for my passport number as this would be my reference, I was assured more than once that my passport number is all I needed. I arrive in Glasgow early and decide that I will go to box office early to pick up tickets because I was getting skeptical about how legit my purchase was and didn't want to leave it to last minute. I go up to the counter, with my passport, the guy tells me straight up "WE DO NOT USE PASSPORT NUMBERS AS REFERENCE FOR TICKETS" and that I was scammed. I reached out in the email chain to TICKETS4FOOTBALL and they said use the reference. I go back in and plead with the guy at counter to look up my name and to type in my passport number as reference., he did and found nothing. The guy in the box office at this point is feeling bad for me because I have my wife and young kids in tow, he assured me I was scammed, but said he would talk to his manager about tickets that were released to public prior to me coming in. I got tickets at face value from box office. I emailed TICKETS4FOOTBALL and told them to refund my money(which they still have not). They send me an email back assuring me the tickets are there, but now they tell me not to say anything to the ticket office about where I got them. These people are scammers.

Buy from this company 7-10 times a year for Spurs home games, ticket always at my hotel upon arrival. Heard the same from friends i recommended, would recommend to anyone looking for game tickets.

Do not sell through this company. I added my tickets for a Man United game, I put the stadium entrance number in the section box. Ticket4football then changed this without my permission assuming I meant a block inside the stadium. The buyer bought and I dispatched only to find out that the buyer thought they were in a different block because my ad had been altered without my permission. The buyer didn't want them and Ticket4football refused to refund my postage fees. Oh yeah and I also received a load of abuse down the phone from their Head of Sales. Disgrace of a company.

The tickets we got were not the tickets we ordered and paid. The tickets were not delivered to the hotel. But we paid for the delivery. Swindle. Never again!

Sold ticket to customer via site, person said thwy sent ticket back but didnt they called kate and bradley, stadium sent me proof tickets used
The company tickets 4 football did nowt about it as they as I heard new the persons, sent me $#*!ty emails on 13 nov 2013 absolutely the supwriors threatened me went to office this morning mmm nothing, keep away with barge pole I know persons who sold tickets with them so checking now with vat man to see if they paid tax and vat on there sales
Avoid company altogether there soft babies who cry in there prams no bottle what so ever to face me, superiors they call themselves more likebaby cry fraudsters but this not over il have revenge in a vat tax way yipeee how about that mr superiors your the scum of the earth and you aint got the balls to answer phone ect

These sons of $#*!es have robbed my mum of over £300 with the hope that she could take her family to see their favourite football team. They've sent no emails, we've recieved nothing. Its been weeks but they sure as hell took that money pretty quick!
