Never again! Phil Pritchard gave me excuse after lie after excuse regarding an item he was paid in full for. 3 weeks later, I filed a PayPal claim and he finally shipped my item in a badly damaged box, not good for a doll collector!
I truly believe that if I did not use PayPal and utilize their thankfully available dispute process, I would be out the money.
Phil Pritchard at tias.com decided not to ship the product and keep the money instead. When he was confronted via telephone he gave numerous lies and excuses and would not return our funds. We tried almost a dozen emails with no response from him in regards to resolving the matter. We ultimately had to file a dispute for reimbursement which he lost. Please beware and proceed with caution... seems more like a scam artist then honorable business practices going on there.

Time was Antiques is a neat site if you are looking for that perfect piece of antique what-not. So far this site is the only place that I have found antique butter pats. Shipping is fast. So far everything I have ordered has been received just as described.
PAID TWENTY DOLLARS IN CHECK FORM TO A SHYSTER FROM VIRGINIA WAY BACK ALMOST 21 YEARS AGO. THE SELLER HAD A SITE/SHOP ON TIAS.COM... NEVER RECEIVED THE BRACELET... NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. REPORTED HER TO TIAS.COM... REPORTED HER TO THE LOCAL POLICE WHO WERE RUDE AND DISINTERESTED. I WAS LATER INFORMED SHE WAS REMOVED AND PROHIBITED FROM EVER SELLING AGAIN. OKAY MAYBE SHE REALLY NEEDED THE MONEY BUT I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH TIAS.COM... AGAIN! I WAS REALLY YOUNG JUST STARTING OUT WITH ONLINE BUYING. OLDER AND WISER NOW... I LOVE PAYPAL. THEY WOULD NEVER HAVE ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN... OH AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY OVER-PRICED! STICK TO BONANZA... AND EBAY!... MUCH BETTER. MORE REPUTABLE.
If I was going to trash someone it would be eBay look at there list of complaints
From the buyer and mostly eBay rip of the sellers with high fees rules that change every month and then sometimes every two weeks
So I don't care who they are eBay is the worse for the seller then anywhere
TIAS like other fix priced such as goatiques.com or rubylane and other online stores is a venue for 100s of sellers. Most of which are honest. Not fair to trash the whole site bases on one bad apple
