Boots were defective, tab pulled off Duke style after a few times wearing them, see pic. Customer service during the whole return process was clueless. No thanks, plenty of other retailers online that sell boots, don't waste your time.
This used to be a fantastic company. I made a couple of purchases online. Alas, it has gone down the drain. Long processing time, slow response from customer service, and even slower shipping - I guess because shipping is free.
We supported them when they were growing and we were treated like kings. Now that they have all grown up, we are treated like trash.
Never again.
I have ordered several items all were perfect. Very happy with my boots and mules/clogs. My daughter had a problem and they immediately sent replacement boot
