ZERO stars! Total rip-off

I purchased a 2TB lifetime plan, which seemed to work well at first. Then all access to my files failed completely and there was NO SUPPORT at all! All my requests for help were ignored. It seems to me that the whole site is set up to be run by robots, not humans. When things fail, they do so spectacularly, and you will be up a creek without a paddle. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this total RIP-OFF!

Nothing less than pure financial cyber fraud. There is no thunderdrive.io cloud service, it is fake.

Billing has been a nightmare, No one to contact, Lastly it doesn't work. It's worse than a junk product. It's a SCAM and a false service!
