Thrive Market make it so hard to cancel your membership, which I didn't even know I was paying for, until I got a $60 charge. Be careful giving them your credit card info; the 'free offers' actually cost $60/year.
I appreciate having many choices of V and GF items to choose from all in one place. Orders come well packed and I have never had anything arrive broken or damaged. Thank you and please keep adding new amazing products.

I am very pleased with Thrive. When trying to change my eating patterns, I found products that are not readily available in my immediate area and, from the descriptions, could intelligently see if they were what I needed. Just having healthful product lines encourages me and helps me choose. The free shipping was a huge boost too.

While it ended up being a bargain the first purchase was a bit confusing because some items could only be added if you buy two but if its my first time buying that item I only wanted one. A lot of items are not available. I wish they had more alternatives to plastic bottle containers. Found offerings a little limited and the protein offerings like meat and seafood were too expensive and would need to save up yo spend over $100 on seafood at once. Pls add beyond burger and other frozen items when possible.

I've been a member for several years. Great customer service, very nice people. Prices are more often than not lower than elsewhere. Aside from the pandemic, when every store is out of stock and delayed with shipping, orders arrive very quickly. They take care of their people and customers.

I haven't used or been on Thrive Market in well over a year or more, but they just changed my bank account for a $55 membership fee. I never ever signed up for anything with them. I'm beyond pissed off right now because I have bills coming out and not enough to cover them.
The search is very easy and I can easily find things that may not be in my grocery store. Prices are reasonable and I love the green inside the box. Nothing has ever leaked or broken. Would like to receive items within a week.

Meh. It's hard to tell what Thrive sells if you don't go through an intensive login process first. I purchased an order of pasta, sauces and other items. Overall it arrived in good condition but one of the spaghetti packets was busted at the seams and open when I pulled it out of the box. We used it anyway, since trying to return it seemed like a hassle. The prices are only fair if you set your account up for recurring service, so unless you know what you are going to run out of and want a refresh on, the service is way overpriced. Again it's hard to tell what the market actually has in stock w/out logging in so buyer beware. Why not make that info available easily?

I have been a member of Thrive Market for several years, and I really love what they are doing to source responsibly produced products, while supporting those food insecure families who might not be able to purchase healthy foods otherwise by accepting donations from their customers. Sadly thrive market is deceptive about your membership, sure you can monitor your account and ensure that you close your membership before auto renewal, but it requires a phone call. And if you have used their 30-day promo on a separate email you will also have another account and this will auto renew as well. Obviously, this happened to me. Its got some great products and great info. Some products are remarkably cheaper, most others I can find at vitacost or on sale at Sprouts. It's just very clever at giveaways that turn into paid annual memberships... and I think badly about those so it will preclude me from using this site in the future. Sure, it's my fault and my responsibility that I didn't end membership in time... but I don't think trickery works well for what appeared to be an integrity-based, healthy living company.
Just love them. ANY time I have had an issue (very few) they fix it, credit it, do whatever needs to be done. Very happy with their service and the prices are really good. The savings on the vitamins alone pay for our membership.

Unfortunately, I had no idea I was able to do a trial with Thrive. I wish I'd seen that offer because I would have stopped using them a long time ago. The variety is decent but the prices are not that great. If there's a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's nearby, take the time to go there instead of using Thrive. It seems that once they get your membership, you're on your own. No notice of deliveries made or that you'll wait longer if your order is less than 9 lbs, yet they constantly bombard you with emails and text messages for offers. And I'm still waiting for the "free gift." Overall, it makes no sense to use Thrive if there are comparable food markets near where you live. I was too lazy to drive and I'm now paying the price... literally. Skip Thrive and save your money. Not worth it!

For our family Thrive Market is wonderful. I clearly read I had 30 days to trial then $60 would be charged to my credit card. I received an email prior to this deadline warning me that we were at the end of our trial. We also took advantage of a 20% first three orders when we joined which saved us about $60 after our first three orders were placed. I researched prices on gluten free items we buy in my area and Thrive Market is lower than anywhere else I can purchase the same items. If you buy a lot of specialty products such as, gluten free, organic, etc. it is a site that can save you money. Know your prices though & read the offers carefully before " clicking" as with any online store/offer
These guys give the best prices, make shopping SUPER easy with their app and filters, ingredient lists, reviews etc... that save time. Shipping is always fast, even when they are busy (somehow, magically). It saves me so much time, and money, instead running from store to store trying to find what I need. Oh, PLUS, they give perks and offers all the time, it's almost too good to be true! And if that's not impressive enough already, these people are all HEART. Thrive Market goes the extra mile, particularly under the present pandemic, to restock and deliver as fast as they can. The customer service is amazing and ready to address any query you might have regarding a certain product. Their products are mostly organic, which is a plus. It would be great to find also regular unbleached all-purpose flour and sugar, especially at present when one has to improvise and prepare more at home with the available ingredients.
