I did not authorized the debit few minutes ago in my credit card and didn't see any annual membership in the cart when i bought something 2 years ago. My only purchase was 2 years ago! Around 20 dollars and now I figured out that i'm paying for something, 59 dollars, for 2 years!
Stay away from this company... never seen something like this. My product for 19.90 is costing 139.90 after 2 years. I'm extremely confused and pissed..
Dont know how I lived this long without Thrive Market! All the healthiest products at the lowest prices. I can always trust that if Thrive Market sells it, they have done their research and stand behind their products!

Thrive has been great except once they sent me a box of jello with missing product in the box. There was no way to prove this because an empty box is an empty box. Therefore, I did not bother to tell Thrive. The gelatin is actually high priced compared to Jello brand, but it tastes much better so I will keep buying it,

I have been buying from Thrive for a couple of years now and I am always satisfied. Yes there's a membership fee, but the discounts you get from the products makes up for that. I just make sure I order enough to get free shipping and that makes it all the more worthwhile.
The products are mostly or all organic and from reputable companies.

Lots of choices. I am glad that I can get on website. Packing for merchandise is excellent. There is a weight for merchandise but we are told this up front. With Earth Day coming, I am thrilled Thrift is environmentally conscious.

Besides from lots of "out of stock" items and mediocre pricing, I was charged a different amount from what my bill listed. It turned out the coupon code was invalid but it was not shown until I got my receipt showing a different amount then what I agreed to pay. Despite their error the customer service was not very helpful.

After spending quite awhile gluten free, I transitioned into grain free foods. While my body feels better, the grain free alternatives at Thrive Market have allowed me to eat many meals that I have missed without compromising the flavor! I love the cassava chips and wonder noodles! My family also enjoys it. Tomorrow I am making grain free tacos! I am ordering more today, and excited that I will receive the delivery next day!

I am a college student and had trouble applying for the student membership application. Their customer service was exceptional. No hassle involved, and great communication. I love that I can find delicious healthy foods, snacks and other non food items and its delivered to my door. I spend WAY less on those items. I do wish however that refill sizes were available on items such as liquid hand soap to have less waste. Thanks

Love the food and plant on based organic coconut beverage very good I'm allergic to milk and the coconut is also unsweetened so I cut out sugar and it the healthiest beverage around great good at a great price and delivered to your door now you can't beat that

I bought the memberhip thinking it was like Grove which gives you free shipping for the year. Wrong! You have to spend $50+ to get free shipping- like every other website on the web. Individual savings on the items I purchase? Not worth it. In most cases, I'm saving 10- 40 cents per item. I'm going to need to buy a lot of product to make my $60 back. In some cases, I can get a comparable product at my local grocery store for significantly cheaper. I can't get everything I need via Thrive, so I have to go to the store anyway.
Also, my first order came frozen because it's winter here. There was broken glass in my box from some jars. Not sure if that was just from rough handling or some combination with the freezing. Something they need to consider in the future. I am trying to not buy anything glass from them now.

I buy lots of organic food and products and I find that Thrive Market has lots of the things I prefer. I purchase at least once a month and sometimes more often. I've compared prices between Thrive Market and local grocery stores and Thrive has the lower price almost every time. I always purchase greater than $49 to take advantage of free shipping, but I never buy something I don't need in order to reach $49. I've never received an order with a damaged item. I buy grocery items in glass and everything is wrapped well and cushioned by brown paper. I'm 'over-the-top' happy with Thrive Market!

I purchased a membership with Thrive Market in order to purchase one item they sell. Before I paid for the membership, I was able to purchase 5 units of the item, which qualified for free shipping. The moment I purchased my Thrive membership, the supplier of that item placed a purchase limit of 3 units, which falls $20 short of Thrive's $49 to receive free shipping. I requested that Thrive continue to allow me free shipping until the limit restriction is lifted, but they will not. By having to pay shipping for only 3 units, the cost per unit is raised almost to regular retail price. Very disappointed in this customer service policy.
They hide the fact that they will start billing you $59.95 a / year in 30 days of your first purchase. Yes it is there if you search! Then they just bill your credit card with not notice and no asking you if you want membership. I called today and they tried to offer me coupons to make it worth my staying. I told them NO WAY! I had NEVER agreed to become a member after 30 days nor had I been given any offer to do so... a real ugly way of stealing from those who purchase from them and are not carefully monitoring their credit cards. They send me a notice immediately saying my card would be credited (they just billed me a few days ago) and my account closed as requested. From what I have read here about them NOT following up, I WILL follow up and make sure they keep their promise. So sad, they had some good products and reasonable prices. BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
Thrive has so many great products not only that are name brand but also their own in house brand are amazing! It's also nice when I can order something that I have been wanting to try and not have to find it in store or pay shipping from another website. They have wonderful customer service. Even though all this COVID procedures, everything has been wonderful, even though they are sold out of somethings, they always remind us when things are back in stock if you opt in and their shipping times are great! Total worth your money and your savings!
