If you check a product's nutritional statement and ingredients it is sometimes impossible to return to where you left off.
I was told I would receive a notice when out-of-stock products became available but I never did. But i found those very same products on other websites.

I know that any product I ordered from Thrive Market will be quality, organic ingredients and I know I'm getting the best deal. And they are charitable and offer help for underprivileged families! I love being able to easily shop gluten free category and get things for very often for cheaper than anywhere else. I am however often disappointed when certain items are out of stock and also the variety of items even offered. Today for a small example, I really wanted to get some black licorice but its not offered gluten free - only the fruity licorice is gluten free.
I'm hoping you'll be able to offer more variety at some point. Thank you!

I'm very happy with Thrive Market. I became a member several months ago when I started the Keto diet and was in search of high quality Keto-friendly foods. Now that I lost a ton of weight (yes!) from the diet and am eating some non-Keto foods now, I still am shopping at Thrive and highly enjoy it. I am very brand-picky and brand specific, and Thrive offers many of my favorite brands for a significant discount (for example, I'm a faithful Dr. Bronner's fan). Also, I appreciate the company's values and feel very good about spending my money with them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality, healthy products, particularly if Thrive carries one of your favorite brands (which you will get at a great discount). By the way, I have also been introduced to new products and foods that I otherwise would never have heard of had I not become a member, and those food/products are now regular staples in my life. Living in our rural valley, shopping in town is a 80 mile round trip for me. I like the convenience of using Thrive Market online. I can research items I'm unfamiliar with, find items I know and have had no problems with the Thrive brand. While items may be a little pricey, so is the 80 mile trip to town and making several stops here and there for what I'm looking for. Thrive Market works well for me.

I am pleased with the products, prices, & sales. I HAD been pleased with the quick shipping when UPS was the delivery carrier. Sense they are no longer contracted with UPS & are with FrdEx. (early fall, 2019) delivery service has taken a huge turn for the worse.It took 3-4 months to get the right carrier listed for the tracking #. Last 4-5 orders have been matching. Does seem like delivery is becoming quicker. Today FedEx listed package on truck but said Shipment Pending. Contacted FedEx, report was made. It WAS delivered so FedEx was to blame not updating their info. FedEx has been having delivery issues, not just with Thrive. I will NOT order any frozen produce from Thrive. Don't want to take the change of thawed meat. It seems there is some improvement in delivery, but the trust it is fixed or will be delivery quickly is not there. Thus my rating of 4 stars, in hopes I am correct that shipping will continue improve. It's taken a few months.

I absolutely love that you can search by dietary restriction/preference. My sister is a diabetic ketogenic and it is crucial we keep her diet in check - Thrive makes this easy and even exciting to find new products we love. I am not a big fan of subscription services, but I believe Thrive proves it's worth by being transparent in the products they offer and their "Thrive Key Values," being actively environmentally conscious, and have an user-friendly website. Trying to encourage more of my friends/family to join. One suggestion: part of the membership benefits could be reusable containers - like the milkman :D Have you ever considered partnering with LOOP?

Great products and really excellent customer service. The only thing that stops THRIVE from being a truly excellent company is their absolutely awful packaging. They have moved away from solely using recycled paper for padding and have started wrapping EVERY SINGLE item in a plastic bag. In one box, there might be 20-40 plastic bags. This alone makes me want to stop shopping with Thrive. It's a tough pill to swallow.

I love that Thrive does the research on products for me. I trust their choices and the products are good quality. My only complaint is that some products are not restocked as often as I need them - more so now during the Pandemic so I assume this will be resolved once the economy improves.

Charged me $60 for 2 jars of Peanutbutter. They don't make it clear that they automatically sign you up for their scam of a membership and give you no way of removing your payment information other than calling their slow number! Stay away.

Thrive market membership is $59.99 a year I have been paying without knowing. I caught it on my credit card this year and they had to reverse it. I was not aware or using this membership they refused to reverse my charges for past 2 years. They are crafty and cunning and robbing hard working people. I have blocked them of horrible business they are thieves. I want to report them to better business bureau.

I purchased 2 e-gift memberships plus extra spending money for two gifts. Only one appeared in my inbox. After two days of 'chatting' with a customer service representative, another charge was added. Yes, I was told I had to purchase a membership to buy anything. Two days after my gift purchase without warning! Customer service representative were condescending & tried to lower my membership price to get me to agree to charge.

I thought when I first ordered from Thrive that it was easy to order and the products were good. BUT... they have been out of the wine I want to reorder for more than 12 weeks and the back up wine I'd reorder if I could (both rose) has also been out of stock for more than SIX WEEKS now. It seems that the company is having supply chain problems. I know this is a tough time, but the prices are actually kind of high and the restocking issue seems extreme. Many of the items are priced the same as my local Whole Foods which delivers for free as a Prime member. Since there is a membership fee, I would expect them to do a better job. Really disappointed that I can't order a single rose wine or even a Prosecco... I think even the white wine was out of stock today. UGH...

I found that there are some items that I can't get at a local brick and mortar store that I will order here (mostly snack chips), but most everything else, I can get at Costco for much, much less. The prices need to be lowered quite a bit on many products or I will probably not continue my membership. Also, they are out of Siete products a lot, which is one of the main reasons I joined. Not sold on Thrive Market quite yet.

It may just be me, but when I went to Thrive Market's site, it seemed as if I had to buy a membership before you could find out much about what they offer. I'd like to know what they sell and at what prices, how long delivery takes and how much it costs. I couldn't find contact information on the site either. Why would I want to pay almost $10 (at the annual rate) but not know what I was getting? Crazy.
