Overall, good. It would be nice if the shipping had estimated arrival times before purchase is finalized...

I called the store location last year, but opted to go without contact lenses for my costume. The staff were friendly and informative. My latest experience online took me all of 10 minutes. Let's see what happens when my product actually arrives and how it fits.

Service is perfect- Seller emailed me if I receive a parcel or not, also sent me a thankful letter. The instant snow I ordered is awesome- just like it meant to be, expands in seconds , my kids made a snowmans out of it. Thank you!!!

It was pretty easy to find everything, though you didn't have the exact item I was looking for. All in all however, I had an enjoyable experience and will likely shop here again.

I would've liked to have an option for overnight shipping. Just heard from a client that wants this rubber "ice" for a Monday job. (It's Friday, of course.) No option on the site for overnight delivery.

I've ordered from Thomas FX twice now, each time has been smooth and enjoyable, professional staff that always take the time to work with you no matter what you need, prices seem very reasonable for the high quality of equipment and product you receive.

So excited to find this product. We are using the biodegradable snow for a winter wedding send off. Because it dissolves so quickly with just a spray of water the venue approved us using it (and they don't approve much for tossing as the bride and groom leave).

Thanks Betty! Betty is amazing. We've had some trouble with the paint -- I'm not sure if it is user error or not. We ordered a second quart and it just isn't going on well. We had the university painters do it, but I'm thinking they may have done it incorrectly.

We are using lots of special effect item in Hong Kong, distributor for Le Maitre, use De La Mare, MP Asso, WECO and Ultratec fx product too

Using paypal had a few issues whenever I kept picking paypal as an option and logging in it would remove my phone number and request it every time and reset the process.. seems to have worked now though while I was attempting to change payment method to credit card.

I thought that this company was located in Vancouver, Canada. I'm disappointed that it's going to cost an arm and a leg for 2 tubes of $8. makeup. I sure hope that this is the Shrek Green color that Mehron promises.

The order process and delivery worked perfectly. If the questions I asked in an email sent previously to the order would have been answered, then there would have been nothing to improve.
