First time using you guys. Hopefully your better then redline360. Bought a blox brake kit from them. Everything went on smooth. Then go to bleed and the bolt holding the bleeder snaps off. Spent 3 months. Sent back the caliper. Told me they would have a replacement mid june. Then they contact me telling me they are going to refund me. When that's what I asked them to do in the first place.

I placed an order for 4 Pirelli tires at $165. They showed 10+ in stock on their website.
Next day, they cancelled my order, said they were out of stock. Then they changed the website listing and priced them at $265 and magically 10+ in stock!
I emailed them, they gave me B.S response about out of stock and would not honor the price that was originally quoted and ordered.

THMotorSports.com uses a click-through year, car and model to determine what product fits your car. I successfully did this and ordered a $354.84 grill guard for my car. They sent a grill guard for a van. Obviously it does not fit my car. After contacting them about their error they finally provided me with an RMA. The RMA states there may be a 30-50% restocking fee along with me paying the return shipping cost for an error their company made. BUYER BEWARE!
This is what this company does. They don't have accurate inventory on their website so you order a certain quantity, in my case tires. They can't fill the order, but they then take the money out of your account immediately, you then get an email days later that they don't have the inventory. They then take another five days to put the money back in your account. So, the way it seems to me is they know full well that they can't fill an order, but they borrow your money for free for a week before returning it. Almost every company out there does not debit your account until an order ships and that's the way it should be. What this company does should be a crime.
Don't do business with THMotorsports. They took me for $400 for a product they said fit my vehicle but turns out it doesn't. Their website was inaccurate and they would not take the product back because it had 2 indications of bolts being put on. Of course how else would have I figured out it didn't fit! Read the e-mails for yourself in the pictures attached.
These guys have ads all over the internet claiming lowest priced items are I stock and delivered within days. Unfortunately their claims are untrue, they may have the lowest price, but you likely won't actually receive it! They took over $1700 of my money knowing they did not even have the item. After never receiving a tracking number I contacted them. After another day I received an email saying the order should be available for shipping in 2-3 weeks? I received a cold response from them upon requesting a refund and their customer service manager "Michael" is not the epitome of "Customer Service"by any means. They had nothing to say about their false advertisements of in-stock items and made no apologies. Their web site still says they have the item I purchased, so needless to say they have made no effort to correct the issue. I did eventually receive a refund, but it was not quick. These guys have bad reviews all over the internet. It defies logic how they have such a good rating on this site. Do you research.

I purchased an item in error and initiated a return. The individual on the phone told me that there's a 20% restocking fee + return shipping. At the completion of the return I was charged 30% (the items were unopened). After contacting them again they refused to make it right. There are enough companies out there to do business with and THMotorsports/Autoplicity doesn't have to be one of them.

Ordered tires on Wednesday and paid for 2 day shipping to have for the weekend. On Friday the expected delivery was Monday. I called and my tires had not been shipped 2 day as I had requested and paid for. I was told my additional shipping charges would be refunded to me. I was told tires could not be expedited and no other customer satisfaction was available whatsoever.
Excellent prices but once the sale is done. Terrible customer service. I personally would not shop the n again
TH Motorsports sent me damaged rotors for my Audi Q7, they provided a return label and I never received a refund, this place is a scam be AWARE! I was forced to dispute it with PayPal because they obviously like to steal peoples money.
It drives me insane when stores are too lazy/dishonest to update their site with actual stock status. Listing an item as 'in stock' when you no longer even carry the line is dishonest, and causes customers to unnecessarily reveal sensitive data. But who knows--this was my first order with THMotorsports and maybe they're actually just a scam operation setup to gather personal data?
I ordered very expensive Blilstein shocks for my motor home. It took several weeks to get it into the shop after receiving them. Mechanic found they were the wrong shocks. The correct ones were even more expensive but I asked to send the old ones back and purchase the new ones. No dice. Even though the shocks were still in the box, it had been over 30 days so they flatly refused. Bought my shocks at another source. I will never again do business with TH Motorsports.
After a week of shipping after paying for a two day shipping finally got my 4" lift damaged boxes horrible costumer service says I lied about getting the 2 day shipping very rude disrespectful and had a horrible attitude was supposed to get refunded for my 2 days shipping never received the refund and took 3 days to finally get ahold to someone to figure out where my packages where 0/0 would absolutely never shop there again.

Part got lost by FedEx and they are making me wait for a trace to be complete and want to hold my money till they complete the trace making me loose track time and money. Absolutely crap, opened a dispute with my card company to get my money instead of waiting their week plus to get it because they pick a horrible service.
Beware, accidentally ordered part due to unclear description. Order placed but I immediately informed minutes after I realized wrong part was ordered, contact and emailed customer service to cancel. Day or two I was told too late to cancel just to contact and return. When I received and returned I was charged a restocking fee and return label fee (total $95) Now I was told that it was not their fault as I placed the order after hours. Very disappointed on my experienced with THMotorsport.
Ordered items stating delivery from manufacturer in 2 days (1 item was 14 days) and items shipped, however when received 3 items had not.
Queried why and was told it would be a month. Asked why no communication to advise of this without me having to chase and was told they had. So asked for this not received communication to be forwarded and it never was.
Over 1 month later chase what is happening. Another month….
So lure you in with good prices but have no stock or commitment to fulfill your order. You have to chase and then when you eventually get a refund, buy elsewhere.
Save time and hassle and just buy elsewhere in the first place.

Took a bit to deliver, but, when checking other sellers it would the same or longer. Very cost effective for exactly the same part. Every time I asked for status they replied. On the phone, internet. You might desperate sometimes, but it is what it is. Got here my new springs for my old boy to give the right stance to it.

Be patient, seems they work with a JIT inventory. It will take a while to be delivered, but at least I got it.

Ordered and paid for a set of tires. It was a great price, but not a too good to be true price. They showed in stock, with free shipping, and not far from me. Thmotorsports canceled the order and didnt even bother to contact me. 3 days go by, I'm expecting delivery, but what I get is a message from PayPal saying I have a pending refund. I call Thmotorsports phone number multiple times... it rings once and hangs up. 5 days after my order I received an email wanting to know if my order was delivered and if I was satisfied with my purchase. I replied with what had happened, and got nothing in return. Thank God I paid with PayPal. I did get the credit, but have seen better customer service and attention to detail by scam artists. Thmotorsports sucks to the 3rd power.

Best prices I was able to find for the rotors I bought except that one of the rotors that was shipped from their several warehouses never arrived. I checked the tracking info and it said the item was damaged and was undeliverable so I contacted THMotorsports and they looked into it and said they would refund me that one rotor which was fair. It's been a month and a half and I have yet to see my refund. I reach out to their customer service rep Michael that keeps telling me "it'll be processed soon" which is total BS. I've never had any refund take this long to be approved & process. Definitely won't be buying anything from them again and hopefully other customers don't experienced what I've had to go through.
I orders some headlights for 79.99 and canceled the next day over the phone.The guy i spoke with said he would cancel because they hadn't been shipped out yet.So then i get the headlights couple days later and still charged. So then i contact company after several messages and i am informed that they was shipped out and couldn't cancel.Not how is that when it wasn't shipped when i called and was told it was cancelled. Then i take the package back to post office and ship back.The next day i get a return label. I already shipped day prior from the lack of communication w this company. Then i am informed that i will be charged a 20 percent fee restock fee and shipping. For something i cancelled and was (told clearly it was cancelled)something i returned back before this company event communicated with me.So i get charged 40.00. Now how is that 20 percent a be a shipping fee for something i canceled before it shipped! This should all be on the company! I don't know how this company makes it. Oh yeh charging people this way! Take ur business elswhere! I recommend never buying something from here again! Poor communication, poor customer service, and poor business. I have never did business with anyone that would still charge a customer when they did everything they should of to cancel and they didn't do their job! This charges should never been charged! Ordered a complete gasket set off their website. Stated originally that "ships next day, should deliver in 2 days", that was on the 22nd of September. Have seen nothing, not even a shipping number. Contacted the company on the 30th inquiring about the order and shipping confirmation number. Received an automated response that said I would get an answer within 24 hours. Attached to that email was a confirmation of my order with tracking finally, and when I opened it. It showed that the company just processed and shipped my order on the 30th of September after I sent that email asking about it? Also looking at it stated that the item was delivered 1 October, but not until 1530 on 2 October did it actually arrive. Never heard anything back and contacted them again on 1 October inquiring again about the item and shipping and if there would be any kind of reimbursement for my lost time from work and the fact my vehicle has been waiting for these parts. Received an email back 2 October telling me the shipping confirmation was sent with the first email and they were sorry. Nothing more. Nothing about reimbursement or anything else.
Do not use this company for any reason. Do not hesitate to contact any other business out there even ebay other than these people. If the quality of their product is as bad as their customer service and business practices, I am going to have to wait more time finding another set of gaskets and delay even longer.

I ordered 8 bushings they shipped four in one box and four in another box why I don't know? I paid for two day shipping and they forget so it took eight days for Fedx to ship two hundred to my address. They delivered the first box and iam now waiting for the second box to be delivered. I hope it doesn't take eight more days.
