I orders some headlights for 79.99 and canceled the next day over the phone.The guy i spoke with said he would cancel because they hadn't been shipped out yet.So then i get the headlights couple days later and still charged. So then i contact company after several messages and i am informed that they was shipped out and couldn't cancel.Not how is that when it wasn't shipped when i called and was told it was cancelled. Then i take the package back to post office and ship back.The next day i get a return label. I already shipped day prior from the lack of communication w this company. Then i am informed that i will be charged a 20 percent fee restock fee and shipping. For something i cancelled and was (told clearly it was cancelled)something i returned back before this company event communicated with me.So i get charged 40.00. Now how is that 20 percent a be a shipping fee for something i canceled before it shipped! This should all be on the company! I don't know how this company makes it. Oh yeh charging people this way! Take ur business elswhere! I recommend never buying something from here again! Poor communication, poor customer service, and poor business. I have never did business with anyone that would still charge a customer when they did everything they should of to cancel and they didn't do their job! This charges should never been charged! Take your business elsewhere!
