Head phones and others accessories bought for my son and daughter-in-law for their baby. They are over the moon with it. It links to their phone and they can even take photos of their baby sleeping in his room while they're downstairs. Highly recommend, amazing value for money.

As the result of a recommendation from another school mum, I ordered two iPads for my boys to access home school work which is increasingly being set online due to COVID. Both arrived together, in the timeframe expected and in the condition as advertised (new).
Three months on and both tablets continue to work as they should.
Dubious of the negative reviews on here as several of the school parents have purchased tablets from the Tablet Hub without any issues and continue to recommend. I will definitely purchase again in the future.

I purchased a iPad Air! It never arrived contacted Tablet hub they did reply and resent another iPad Air. When it arrived it was clearly second hand with another ID and locked. Contacted they responded asking me to return iPad at my own cost £11. If lost all confidence with tablet hub and asked for refund. Guess what they never reviewed iPad although signed for and told me to claim from Royal Mail SCAMMERS!
After being over charged by many other companies to repair my iPhone I went to The Tablet Hub whom quoted me a reasonable price! Repairs were done using genuine parts and within a good time frame. I will come to The Tablet Hub all the time now.

I was kept updated & informed to make on every step till i received my item.The item was brand new, in great conditions, no issue and came as it should have. During Covid Lockdown I would understand if there was some difficulties with deliveries however the delivery was on brilliant. I dont get why there is negative reviews unless they dont understand there is a Global Pandemic which can affect all business especially Small to Medium so have some understanding and empathy. I will continue to buy from small to Medium businesses which will support them during the Global Panfemic. Lets help all Small to Medium size businesses during Lockdown. This company should be shut down as it's not legal! Ive reporter to action fraud. Selling as new but arrived 2 weeks later under the label of speaker from a Hong Kong shoe shop, fake packaging, and a reconditioned old iPad with new non apple screen. Marks on charger etc. Sent back after and refund and now today a bill for £26 for duty! Do not buy be warned!
Bought an ipad 2 Mini from them which stopped working completely after six weeks. No only where tablet hub not interested in helping me (they only offer 30 days warranty) they where rude, told me to get it repaired!
Ordered 2 phones. Took 18 days to come, instead of the 5-7 promised. When the phones came I was also given a duty bill from DHL as the phones were from Hong Kong. Not told about this when purchased, I had expected products from the UK.
The Samsung S10 I ordered was defective, as a splash of water made it stop working, when it is meant to be water resistant.
When communicated to the guys in charge, Raj, he basically said that there's nothing we can do as the phone was fine when we sent it.
Stay well away from this place. Lure you in with cheap prices, but you pay for it much more later.
I ordered iPad Air 2 from this company for my son birthday, it's been 3 weeks. I haven't got the item nor money. I chatted with one of their agent on the chat that I will like to cancel the order as it's taking forever with out any firm of communication at all and e said I can only return when I received the item.
I am so furious because they don't even have a decent contact number you can reach.
I regret ever buying from this company and it's not that the product I bought it's even cheaper on their site.

If you were faster to deliver I would have rated 5 out of 5. Also don't understand why can't we get a tracking number? About the product is great (new) only one thing I thought it was going to be as exact in the photo. I wanted it black with red. Instead I get white with red.
Once they got your money, the customer service becomes barely available, hostile and unhelpful. Not sure the iPhone I got is brand new as it advertised, I have a feeling it's pre owned. When I asked for their phone number through the online chat, they say they don't have any. They never answer the phone number given on their website.

I love this phone. I had no problem since I bought it. It comes with original box packing and brand new phone. I needed it before I went on holiday. I have been using for 7 months. It charges very quickly and last long. No over heat or slowdown.
Got brand new iPhone 8 sealed with all accessories. The phone was new as checked with Apple please ignore all the other biased reviews. This is a great company.
