Horrible customer service if you have a problem. I ordered creme sheets expecting a soft off white. What I received was yellow taupe sheets. I complained and after days got no help with cost of returning the sheets. 5 pounds of sheets to return was 20 dollars. I was lucky I was able to sell the sheets on my own so I was able to recoup most of my money and purchased similar sheets on Amazon. There are better companies with equivalent prices and quality. I will Never order from the Sheet people again!

Slow shipping, and there was no tracking information on my order that I could stay updated about delivery time. Quality of sheets was poor. I emailed customer service and received instructions on returning the Sheets.The big shock was the cost to return them! $27 to fed-ex them and the company doesn't pay for return shipping! What a waste, I could have gotten a better quality sheets for the price of my return shipping at Walmart! Buyer beware!

I ordered and like the sheets. However the owner is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever tried to do business with in my life. I had trouble getting answers to the availability of sheets on sale, and asked as politely as I possibly could. The owner, was rude and discourteous, in answer to my question of the colors and sizes. I copied and pasted his response: WHAT IS ON THE FORM. YOU JUST DON'T QUIT. YOU SHOULD GO BUY A DICTIONARY AND LOOK UP THE WORD EMPATHY.

And to later clarify that I ordered all Queen sheets, no Cal King, as he mentioned, he wrote:
We processed the order based on WHAT WE OFFERED and WHAT YOU CORRECTLY ORDERED, NOT WANT YOU WISHED for. I didn't wish for anything, just to buy sheets!
Really sorry he doesn't seem to like his job! The sale sheet sets were fine at $30, I would never buy anything from him again. Three stars for the sheets, zero stars for the owner.

I have ordered ALL my sheets for my family and myself every year for the past 6 years. My daughter-n-law always "hints" to me what color she needs for the current year as they know they get new sheets every year from this company. The girls have almost every color! This last set I bought the post office delivered and was stolen off my front patio. I let The Sheet People know and they sent a replacement free of charge. This company is the best!

These sheets were supposed to be high count Egyptian cotton. They are a terribly thin micro fiber. I ordered cream and they arrived in an odd British tan color. They did include the get one free form in my order, but did not include a receipt with my order number, nor an email with the order number, so I have no proof of buying beyond the charge on my credit card statement. A total waste of money. I should have guessed the stated product, for the advertised cost, was too good to be true. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with them! Run, and run fast.

Unless you want cheap microfiber sheets from China served up on a steaming hot plate of bad attitude and 0 customer service. I thought as their email header stated, that I was getting 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. When I opend the package and realized they were chinese microfiber sheets I contacted the company. That's when Amy Rittenhouse entered my world, and the lingering smell of sulphur still remains. First she castigated me for even wanting cotton sheets when her product was vastly superior and she urged me to try them out for a few days. I refused fearing that once they had been used they were mine forever. Feeling the love, I went straight to my credit card company to dispute the charges, and after mailing back the sheets at my expense two and half months ago I recieved notice from my credit card company that the dispute is resolved in my favor. This after providing them with email promises of refunds from the sheet people that I saved as well as proof from the USPS that the sheets were returned. They are shady in their marketing, downright dishonest in their customer service and the " eww" is hard to scrape off once you have done business with them.

Really? I responded in good faith to your advertisement of your company's claim to have have adequate and at least "medium" quality bedding goods. The quality of the sheets and comforters to live "down" to the claims of low quality bedding at an affordable price. Your false claims of sheets with "1800 Thread Count" have conned me and others into believing this lie, you are a dishonest company. Although I did review the reviews you have listed on your website before buying, you have removed or never, ever posted the, I'm sure, hundreds of negative reviews and complaints. I have tried to contact you directly but, of course, there is no answer! Really?
