POOR QUALITY
This is a Chinese company, and if you want to return your dress, you must ship it back to China at your own expense. I managed to get a U.S. return address, but after I sent the dress back, the company claimed they never received it and told me to file a claim with UPS to get a refund.
Additionally, the quality of the dress was very poor. The beads were falling off, the inner fabric kept sliding down my legs, and the tail was very long, dragging on the ground.

DO NOT BUY DRESSES FROM THIS COMPANY.Their quality is bad and their sizes are wrong.You can not get your money back with them.I lost my money,do not loose yours

If you want to return their cheaply made overpriced product, you have to pay shipping to China plus taxes. They ship to you from Huntsville NY. This company is a scam. Sized for petite Asian women, not U.S. sizes.

I wish I would have done my research before buying my dress that took three weeks to arrive. Not only was shipping much longer than expected, but the dress is not the same one. The color is way off, and the lacey fabric was not as pictured. I normally don't buy clothes off websites I am not familiar with, but I am going to a wedding and decided to take a gamble when I came across the beautiful green dress I saw on Rosedress.com I will never purchase from this site again and wouldn't recommend anyone else doing the same.

Poor quality clothing, returns must be shipped to China and rejected by ROSEDRESS (no refund given). I am out $100 with nothing to show.

I ordered 4 dresses that came with NJ address however only two of them came very late. The other 2 didn't show up. I asked to return the first batch and the return goes to China address that the customer pays. It is very expensive to mail to China! Don't buy from them!

GARBAGE IN EVERY SINGLE WAY. DO NOT PURCHASE! My dress was 100% see through and my nipples showed out of the top. They ignore your emails and won't send you a refund as promised. SCAM!

I decided to give the website a try since I really liked the clothes and it had some good reviews. I regret it now. The dress is not the same in the picture. It is a cheap knock off. It wasn't even the same color. I'm currently still trying to return it. However, the customer is expected to pay for the return label which is something I've never heard of from a legit company. So I'm about to spend money to return this knock off dress and I'm concerned if I'll get my refund. Definitely getting a tracking number.

This company is a scam. I ordered my wedding dress with enough time to arrive for my wedding. I requested to cancel for a full refund over 10 times and they are refusing me a refund. They won't address my request. I've even threatened with legal action but they kept replying sorry for delay will ship soon thanks for patience. I've been married now 2 months and I still have not received the dress or a refund. This company should be canceled from scamming people.

This company is so fraudulent, imitation of name brand dresses made poorly, shipped from china using a local CA address.

I bought the floral cowl neck high slit slip midi dress in sage green and when the dress arrived, it was definitely not the same dress. The pattern on the dress was a different floral print from the one in the model and the material was very cheap. I should've done more research because all the model photos on their website are from different websites. I tried to leave a review on their website under this dress but they did not approve it. This just goes to show that they only post positive reviews on their own website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET THE DRESS IN THE PICTURE

I never received my shipment. I waited a full month and only got one dress, when I emailed information on my shipment they sent me a false UPS link.

This company is using an American office address that they are not authorized to use! Based on research this is a company locating in China. If you are returning items to the address in Aurora they are being returned to you as this company does not have a local office.

Im not one to normally order online and Rosedress has once again violated my tender optimism by mailing out what looks to be a cheap, paper-like, imitation of the dress pictured on their website. I ordered a small and it's typically rare for me to have issues with sizing but this dress provides a really awkward fit. While I expected the sleeves to be oversized and loose, I did not expect the chest area to be the same. The fabric feels papery and thin, and even though I bought this for a wedding, it's definitely not something I plan on pulling out if my closet anytime soon.
Also the sleeves in real life are not translucent.

I ordered a dress it took a month to get to me and was absolutely terrible quality. Looked nothing like the picture. I returned it in under 24 hours and had to pay for the shipping to return. It's been 30 days and they said they never received my return and asked for the tracking number. I didn't keep the receipt because I didn't think I needed to. Now I'm out $50 for a terrible dress and $10 for shipping. Also customer service took 9 days to get back to me. Please save your money and don't shop from this store.

I ordered an elegant white sweetheart dress from here that was "on sale" for $80. When the dress came the material quality was terrible and the sizing was completely off. I attempted to get back into my account to return and the site said no longer available. I sent emails several times and waited a week for any response. I finally requested a refund they paypal and magically rosedress responded to that. They promised a full refund to return the dress as soon as it was received. After sending it back and getting a confirmation it was received i never got my refund or had my emails responded to for over 1 month. Finally got my refund through PayPal nearly 3 months later. I also found the EXACT same dress on chicme for $27.

I placed an order in December and I did receive a confirmation email. I knew the package would arrive by mid January, so I was on the lookout. No package came. I contacted the company and they said package sent but delay with delivery. I waited then contact again, they told me package was in transfer station. Waited again then contacted again this time I asked for a refund, I was told if it got lost in transit they will resend the item. I said ok. Waited... nothing happened, so I contacted again, this time no reply. It's been 5 months now. SCAMMERS!

The dress is not the same as pictured on the website. The bodice is totally different and the way it is attached to the bottom half of the dress also different. Fabric is not as pictured. I feel that it is poorly made and not worth the price tag. I'm sending it back today. Hopefully they refund my payment in full. I really was hoping this would be a company I would continue to order from. I'm very disappointed in rosedress.com
