Service not good.
April 8, 2021

My tv stand arrived in a battered up box, with no instructions and a part missing. They did forward instructions later on plus missing part that was incorrect. Phoned about wrong missing part to a very dour man who put the phone down on me still waiting for the missing part. I'm 80 year old female, what do you think I should do

Ordered a headboard from Tesco who outsourced it to Plasma who outsourced it to a second company who outsourced to a third company to deliver it to me.

When I booked it I was told it will be delivered in June but randomly they decide to ship it on some odd days, I was told I will be called and a delivery date arranged which didn't happen.

The funny part is none of the above are least bothered about my consignment, they are passing me on from pillar to post, avoid plasma centre at all costs!

We bought two products from this company – the first arrived as an empty box and the second, a few days later was defected. Parts of the product, a TV bracket were broken and scratched and I don't believe we were the first users of the supposedly new item. None the less we attempted to erect the bracket rather than complain and face the hassle of having to repackaged it all and arrange to have it sent back. However,, once the bracket was assembled, the TV wouldn't hang square. When we requested a replacement part they advised we would need to take down the TV and bracket, package it up and then return all parts. They would then replace in full but of course our time was wasted in erecting and taking down and having to go through the whole process again. All of which could have been avoided had they have sent a new product, not one that had already been used. If you are going to purchase from this company, please think twice and if you proceed, ensure you check the products fully when they arrive to ensure you actually receive someting and that it's not already been used.

I ordered a Television Stand that was described as suitable for up to 50 inch Televison.
When it arrived it was packaged like it had already been opened and while assembling the glass parts were showing signs of distress around the assembly points. I persevered because it would be a temporary solution.
But once I started putting it together instinct said it would not hold my 49 inch Sharp tv and then I realised, The Plasma Centre's description was for centre pedestal TV'S and not leg support type TV's.
Not being too happy about this as The Plasma Centre stated it was ok for ALL 50 INCH TELEVISONS, I contacted them and was informed via email, had I done this or that, and it was ok for the TV to hang over each end, well the stand at it widest point is 39 inches wide, so I knew I would be getting no service, from a person calling themselves Dylan.
I asked for a replacement suitable, and could the useless stand be picked up on a Saturday, the reply was The Plasma Centre's parcel Company DOES NOT do pickups on Saturdays, so I replied by informing them the package I received was delivered by " Yodel parcels" and on the box it stated they do so Mon to Sat.
I never got the courtesy of a reply and once again informed them if I am stuck with the parcel they could not pick up, then they would get deserved bad references from myself.
I must advise anyone considering doing business with this company their product was rubbish like their service, and Dylan their Representative is feeble.
