Having had an email for free compression socks and on the website, you would only be charged postage, I fell for it. I don't usually and I am angry with myself. Instead of paying $6.95 postage, I have been charged £35.61 GBP and I can't cancel it through my bank on my app. I have been fooled. I have replied to their email, but there is no reply. I have Googled them, there is no contact number or address. This is FAKE! I AM FUMING.
Placed several orders for the sock for these socks under different models.
I think about 15 order and total value over £200.
There is no return address and no returns claim feature. I
I believe is is scam site and they are happy to take you money but do. Not send you goods and do not refund
The socks really help my foot pain - presumably neural damage due to 30 years of Type 2 diabetes which has caused this stiff feeling on the soles of my feet. I bought them online and paid £15 for two pairs
This mob tell you a fair price for postage of $9.95 to send you 3 pairs of tension socks that relieve pain, however when I went to pay the $9.95 They changed that amount to $52.78, so to get their free socks it cost me more than I have ever paid for socks. Be careful dealing with this mob as you can't believe what they say
Awaited weeks just arrived. Looked ok but within minutes of being on rolled down. Free product only pay postage and got charged £30 postage. I have been constantly been harassed by endless emails, free, you lucky winner. Now my knee supports that are as much use as a chocolate parasol have arrived. I will unsubscribe
Same complaint...advertised Aud $8.95 postage for "free product" after I had purchased another product. Was charged US$35 89 which converted to aud $53.07 plus international fee of Aud $1.59. I have sent them several emails about this error but never got a reply. I wish I had read this page prior to purchase. THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I love my socks as I have arthritis in my feet and the socks give me extra support and comfort.
I also benefit greatly from the bamboo knee brace. It's comfortable but supports the knee and I'm able to do my stairs with more ease
I got deceived by the advert. Free socks to spread news of the campaign. Buyers will only pay shipping@$8.99. I paid by Visa & asked for a detailed invoice. They never reply except to offer you other freebies. I made a complaint to BBB in MA*******. The Agent Susie acknowledged my order.Another Jennie emailed me for other frebbies. They did not give detail of the order accepted nor the price charged. This makes me suspicious.
I got scammed by the pain relief hub don't anybody buy from here because they said it's free but I end up getting charged so it wasn't free. They said you only had to pay for shipping and handling and it turned out to be a lot more than that. Don't buy don't buy don't buy scam scam scam. I had left the one star rating because it won't let me finish my review until I made a rating.
I was chosen to receive FREE pain relief socks and only pay postage. I have subsequently been charged just under £28 (I am in the UK). I emailed Susie (who contacted me re my order) and have asked for a refund! SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM.
I got a free pair of compression stockings and I had to pay freight.I was charged $58.33 for this. I find this is such false advertising.Would never trade from them again
I need my bank to be credited back ASAP
False advertising is the problem with this
Free socks just pay the postage and you took $52.89
I am not happy please return my money ASAP
Thanks a lot for ripping me off you are an untrustworthy person
BEWARE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FROM NZ. I was deceived by the FREE SOCKS advertisement. I ordered 4 pairs & thought I was paying just $8.95 postage (a bargain, right). However it appears that it was $8.95 (NZD I thought) per pair. This equates to $35.80. The real kicker was that I was charged NZD$59.63, which means the price was in USD. This equates to $14.90 a pair GRRRRR. Probably not worth the hassle & cost of returning them either.
I took advantage of applying for a "free" pair of compression socks. Turned out the shipping cost or a pair is £8.95. At that price i reckoned i was buying them and still thought that would be cheaper than the high st.
There were then several options to add additional shipping cost and get multiple pairs. I only wanted 1 pair at least until i saw the quality. All of the additional quantity options had tick boxes which you must untick. The order process is deliberately confusing and i must have missed a tick box somewhere. So, my credit card had been debited £23.85. There is no detail of my order on the confirmation so i don't know what i've ordered. The credit card company can't stop the order unless it is unfulfilled or the good are defective etc.
DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY FREE GOODS OR OTHERWISE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have made payment but not received any confirmation.?
Please send e-mail regarding delivery and receipt.
