The socks really help my foot pain - presumably neural damage due to 30 years of Type 2 diabetes which has caused this stiff feeling on the soles of my feet. I bought them online and paid £15 for two pairs
I got deceived by the advert. Free socks to spread news of the campaign. Buyers will only pay shipping@$8.99. I paid by Visa & asked for a detailed invoice. They never reply except to offer you other freebies. I made a complaint to BBB in MA02351. The Agent Susie acknowledged my order.Another Jennie emailed me for other frebbies. They did not give detail of the order accepted nor the price charged. This makes me suspicious.

Same complaint...advertised Aud $8.95 postage for "free product" after I had purchased another product. Was charged US$35 89 which converted to aud $53.07 plus international fee of Aud $1.59. I have sent them several emails about this error but never got a reply. I wish I had read this page prior to purchase. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

This mob tell you a fair price for postage of $9.95 to send you 3 pairs of tension socks that relieve pain, however when I went to pay the $9.95 They changed that amount to $52.78, so to get their free socks it cost me more than I have ever paid for socks. Be careful dealing with this mob as you can't believe what they say

I had left the one star rating because it won't let me finish my review until I made a rating.

I got a free pair of compression stockings and I had to pay freight.I was charged $58.33 for this. I find this is such false advertising.Would never trade from them again
Tip for consumers:
Hate rip off companies ...especially when it is for my 90 year old dad. I could have got compression socks locally for way less than that

BEWARE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FROM NZ. I was deceived by the FREE SOCKS advertisement. I ordered 4 pairs & thought I was paying just $8.95 postage (a bargain, right). However it appears that it was $8.95 (NZD I thought) per pair. This equates to $35.80. The real kicker was that I was charged NZD$59.63, which means the price was in USD. This equates to $14.90 a pair GRRRRR. Probably not worth the hassle & cost of returning them either.

I love my socks as I have arthritis in my feet and the socks give me extra support and comfort.
I also benefit greatly from the bamboo knee brace. It's comfortable but supports the knee and I'm able to do my stairs with more ease
I took advantage of applying for a "free" pair of compression socks. Turned out the shipping cost or a pair is £8.95. At that price i reckoned i was buying them and still thought that would be cheaper than the high st.
There were then several options to add additional shipping cost and get multiple pairs. I only wanted 1 pair at least until i saw the quality. All of the additional quantity options had tick boxes which you must untick. The order process is deliberately confusing and i must have missed a tick box somewhere. So, my credit card had been debited £23.85. There is no detail of my order on the confirmation so i don't know what i've ordered. The credit card company can't stop the order unless it is unfulfilled or the good are defective etc.
DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY FREE GOODS OR OTHERWISE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from Pain Relief Hub
Only after paying for the socks and checking my bank account did I find out that I had been scammed. Do not buy from these scum

Do not pay any money. A big scam they took the postage then another unauthorised payment. From my bank
A Singapore company (EPYC LLP, entity #T18LL1568E, registration date 2018-09-12) located at 22 SIN MING LANE #06-76, MIDVIEW CITY, Singapore, *******, has been aggressively advertising on Facebook as the PAIN RELIEF HUB. The company sells compression socks, gloves and other "adult clothing items" that may or may not be associated with pain relief.
The aggressive advertisement pushes false "give-aways", discounts and other promotions that lead the customer to a confusing check-out system where they are encouraged to accept more and more promotions.
The malicious intent on these methods, aka "scam" consists of:
NOT displaying the final check-out amount. The customer fills their credit card information for the shipping & handling only ("promotion") and before they actually accept the payment, it is processed. The customer never sees how much they paid for except on their credit card transaction information;
Expensive shipping & handling, without any display of shipping options
Flooding the customer with emails about more false give-aways and promotions with hidden costs
I purchased compression socks from the Pain Hub, got a "free" leg stretcher with it, and, observing the amount I was actually charged for on my credit card transaction records, I complained. At that occasion, their response to the complaint was to fix the charged amount.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and yesterday I clicked on the arthritis gloves promotion. I entered my credit card information for the shipping & handling, and the check-out was so uninformative that I wasn't sure it had taken place, much less what I had paid for. It was when I opened my credit card account dashboard that I saw that I had been scammed… again.
Since their response to my demand for a cancellation was met with more gaslighting, I will keep my word and register reviews about them wherever I can.
Unfortunately, they are not registered outside Singapore. Therefore, they feel free to scam away in other countries since there is nothing customers can legally do to them.
Don't buy from them. They are a predatory company and they are aggressively entering other markets with their unethical business practice.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything, don't accept "promotions" or gifts.
They advertise "ONLY PAY FOR POSTAGE" then charge your account 8 times postage price quoted!
The email address on their website is NON EXISTENT.
