Not happy with the Logo Boutique. I paid $129 PLUS a $45 rush fee and got logos a 12 year old could make. I had to send them logos I have been working on MYSELF to get anywhere close to what I asked for. They then proceeded to COPY my logo, with no changes - why would I use their service if I wanted the exact logo I made MYSELF? I wanted expert quality work, who would actually look at my reference photos and my notes. Instead I got a copy paste of random elements on other trademarked logos! (Pebble Beach Company). When I asked for a refund, I got a NO. So I now need to fight with my bank and recover the wasted money. Don't use this website!

I purchased their premium package which included 10 logo concepts and unlimited revisions, and I certainly got the extent of my package! Since signing up for The Logo Boutique for the last six months, I have never regretted by decision. The designs that are pumped out on a monthly basis have helped me to grow my business so much faster than I could have done by myself, and grow it at a fraction of the cost if I'd hired a designer in my home city.

I read amazing reviews for this company, but I am inclined to believe that those reviews were left by company's employees rather than actual clients. I paid to have a logo designed and left feedback for what I was looking for. None of my initial feedback was taken into consideration in the three initial "concepts" I was sent. I asked for a refund so that I can use another company but was told that they do not issue refunds because they "worked so hard on the initial concept."

I am not sure what "hardwork" they are implying because that I was sent I had seen better using an online free logo generator. They offered me a site credit, for use for what exactly I am not sure.

As a REAL PAYING customer, I do not believe that the logos they represent on their site as being their actual work quality is real. They do not have the graphic design expertise to product these unique and creative concepts. What you are really paying for is for them to use a logo generator because you just dont have time to click the web yourself.

From day one I was impressed by their customer service over the phone. Not only are they very nice and courteous they are professionals at what they do although my logo was perfect when they created it a couple of years ago I just had an add on done to my logo for change of color and for animation purposes it was another great experience.
