We just received our humble soles pair and absolutely loved the Nora boot! My daughter hasn't taken them off since she got them. The leather is easy to condition for any scuffs from play time. Can't wait to grab another pair!

I can give a B for effort. I've had better quality leather shoes for cheaper. My son has wore his boots only about 3 or 4 times, yesterday I was pulling them off and noticed the sole starting to come off. They look and feel cheaper then the "high quality" leather they advertise. The leather feels like plastic. I probably couldn't tell you the difference between what they use and a target brand fake leather shoe. Very dissatisfied.

I purchased a pair of Mila Boots from The Humble Soles. They were too small for my daughter, despite ordering one size larger than their site recommended. I gave the product a 1 or 2 star review, and my review was never posted on their website. It appears they only accept 4 or 5 star reviews to their website. So dishonest!
Additionally, when I went to return this product, they give you a store credit in the form of a promo code. You may only use one promo code when making a purchase. This company gives out many 10-20% off promo codes, so when you go to make another purchase, you have to use your store credit AND pay full price for the item. When contacting customer service about this, they said they could refund the 10% off I was supposed to get. They did not follow through with their commitment to me. After multiple emails back and forth, they "refunded" it to me in the form of another store credit promo code. Which defeats the whole purpose of why I contacted them in the first place!
Aside from these issues, once I ordered two sizes up, I was able to find a nice quality shoe, but the way they are currently running their business is just dishonest, so I cannot further support them.
