False advertising and poor communication. Their website states that you will not be charged until your product ships. This was not my experience. I placed an order on June 6, my credit card was charged on June 7 and the product was shipped on July 8th... with only two days to spare before we had to leave to travel to the venue. Reading other reviews, I learned that they cut it close to give you the freshest product, but a heads-up from them would have gone a long way in relieving anxiety re: the favours arriving in time. The biggest false advertising is that the product does not arrive as pictured. The stunning white and gold ribbon turns out to be a plain, very thin white ribbon... which in no way has the wow factor shown in the picture. I had read other reviews about the ribbon substitution, and had clearly stated in my order notes that I wanted it exactly as pictured. I was told just prior to shipping that the white and gold was out of stock. Also, the ribbon arrives uncut... so you have to do the math and figure out the length to cut. Overall rating... very disappointing.
