Wish I could give a -5 but it only allows for zero This company is absolutely disgusting. They are unclear about charges, charge you multiple times and then not respond when you inquire about about why. They advised me I had to pay an additional delivery fee because the driver couldnt deliver. The driver called me and told me it was due to being dark and not an incorrect address. I should never have been charged this. Not to mention the dont just charge $10 the put a hold on your credit card for $110.66. No one has gotten in touch with me and Ive been looking into this for 4 days now

I searched for a florist in a specific district of Toronto. This website came up showing the exact neighborhood. I ordered. The delivery was screwed up and when I called I was told they were "thousands of miles away" and could do nothing.
I was told I "needed to understand"
No offer to fix the issue.
I asked to cancel and receive a refund but the happy occasion we had ordered and paid for did not happen
Very disappointed what I ordered online is nothing close to what actually got delivered. Very low grade arrangement was delivered. Not worth the money I paid
Promised a flower delivery before Christmas. Emailed and said that it would not arrive until after Christmas. Then, on the newly promised date they called and said that they were canceling the order because no flower shops in the area were willing to take the order. Clearly their business model is flawed if no flower shops will take the order. This business will not be around long with this type of service.
Extremely bad florist, what was as ordered and paid for was not at all what arrived, a completely different bouquet? Did not offer a refund or even an apology when we asked why the bouquet was missing the flowers we ordered.
Terrible experience - a week late and they still haven't delivered flowers. They lie about delivery time estimates - phoned daily and they kept saying that they were going to deliver that day. Please save yourself and go with a local florist.
