This is my 3rd purchase of the Palace Imports Solid Wood Jumbo Chests. These are absolutely AMAZING! They are beautiful pieces of furniture! They are tall and narrow enough to where they are perfect for small spaces, but still provide ample storage space. They are top notch quality, easy to assemble, and best of all - affordable for solid wood! Plus - The Classy Home ships quickly and securely. A++++
I ordered my item beginning of December 2023, and I still did not received it. This company customer service is terrible, and AM trucking they work with to deliver merchandise is the worse… they are giving me wrong information, and running me in circle. This is the worst experience. I already paid them, and not having my order after over 3 1/2 months… please, please do not buy anything from this company. You will be in my situation for sure… they are absolutely terrible. Even they did not deliver my order. They send me email that if merchandise is damaged. I am not allowed to reject it! What kind of company will treat the customer like this except " the classy home" I am very upset, worry that my money is gone, and still waiting to maybe see a light at end of the tunnel before I claim an action against them.
I was happy to find the bed we wanted here but communication was rough, I had to reach out several times to see when it was going to be shipped versus what was said. Then when it finally arrived the box was damaged, missing parts and the bed frame damaged too. Then replacement parts were sent that were incorrect and we had to have them altered to make it work bc we just needed the bed supports so it can be used. Could have been a better experience.
Beautiful piece but it was cracked. They didn't even bring it to the front door. One the boxes was a little damaged.

It didn't prompt me or inform me I needed to purchase two separate items for the bed I wanted. I now have to purchase additional parts and wait longer.
Ordering information was questionable and I hesitated to order from you. Hours for ordering from company were confusing for weekend.I am hoping the table comes in good shape,and I did right by ordering fron you. Tine will tell.
Price and shipping speed was ok but when confronted with damages to chairs no resolution was offered.
My precious order was cancelled so I'm having reorder. May not receive the items in time for my housewarming so i'm disappointed.
Delivery was estimated for December 19th. Wasn't received until after New Years. I had to follow up regarding delays and received less than empathetic responses.

Doing business during COVID 19 is hard, and I'm grateful for the service, but it's challenging to purchase as well and move.
The reason for the 3 star. Product was on back order. Was never notified. I called when it's been over 2 weeks of non shipment. That's when I found out. Was told it may be until the following month before I get it. Overall not happy with my first experience.
I ordered the product and the estimated delivery was a month away, on Christmas Day. I tracked my delivery a day after Christmas to learn that the estimated delivery has been updated to 1/7. My husband changed his schedule to accommodate delivery. No one called to confirm the 4 hour delivery window by the delivery date, so I emailed customer service, just to find out the estimate delivery date had changed again. Schedules had to be adjusted again, at the last minute, to accommodate again. It felt very disorganized, at our expense.
it was very difficult to check out - store wasn't "Open" then tried Amazon and couldn't see the box to process.
Chec king out instructions could not be entered smoothly and entire page was never fully seen at one time on my device. Even as I write, I can only see no farther than the line I am printing.

I had a billing issue at night when you were closed. I received a phone call back the next afternoon. The product arrived damaged in 4 different locations and was very wet.

I accidentally added a quantity of 2 to my cart. I tried to edit my cart so I would have only 1 bed in my cart, but could not figure out how to update the quantity. I would type in 1 and could not find the update button so the total was for 2 beds. I had to remove the item from my cart then add it back with a quantity of 1.
Ok would of been nice to talk to some one I had a question. Regarding the sofa one said 566 and other said 509. Got charged for the 566. Also tried to redeem 100.00 would like some one to call me on Monday since you are not opened on Friday or saturday!! *******991

Couldn't order earlier and couldn't review entire order (billing and shipping addresses) before submitting.
I was unable to complete the order and pay with Amazon Pay using Chrome. After several attempts with an error message that I'd been closed out of my account (not specifying which account), I logged out, deleted cache, and it still didn't help. So I logged in using Internet Explorer and was able to complete the order.
Experience was just ok; 2 chairs did not get delivered with order, and the other 2 were damaged. Had to wait over 3 weeks to finally get my chairs. Quality of table is questionable; leaves streaks on wood when just using water to clean it.
I wish shipping charges would have been shown up front. It felt like a "slap in the face" at the end. Still overall a good value, just was dissapointed.
Took too lomg to resolve the issue and many issues reaching the correct department in a timerly matter. The overall process took a month to resolve and I didn't even get the undmaaged item for abojt 5 weeks. Thankfully the correct item did eventually come and they did refund me for my damaged couch and I am happy with the over all process and would just suggest quicker response time and better commmunictaion between team members.
The price of the merchandise was very competitive and much lower than local retailers, but I was taken back by the cost of shipping and handling and the time that it took for me to receive the shipment. Though, overall, I did save over $200.00, the savings would have to be much greater in the future.
I had trouble and hit the "call me" button and a call came in with only a line playing music...for more minutes than I wanted to wait.
