Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with this site. I order a custom corset type dress and it came with no boning in it. It lacked structure and was saggy. I contacted them and they agreed to make the repairs but I had to ship the dress back to China at my own cost (over $50+). I did however because I really wanted the dress to work. When I received the dress again it was not as expected. You could tell where they went in to fix the boning and added extra fabric to cover it up. Needless to say the quality of the repair was not great. I asked to return as per their policy and was met with an agressive and rude email. Finally I was able to return at my own cost again, however conveniently for them the dress was "lost" in the mail. No, I did not get tracking because that would have cost over $100 and I'd already spent way too much in shipping. Lesson learned on my part.

I ordered a dress that was 200 dollars, the dress didn't look like the picture never worn sent back the week of ordering. Paid 60 to send it back right till this day still haven't received my money they said they would give me 50% of the 200 didn't receive it. I have been waiting several months it is about to be a year now of me ordering this dress from them. And to still not receive any type of money is ridiculous I would never order here cause they policy is a lie a "90 day Money back guarantee" doesn't exist! They don't resolve any issue and also don't keep they word. You better off ordering from Amazon they at least give you your damn money back.

I ordered this dress in black and it was amazing. The quality was much better than I expected. It was a bit long so I hemmed the bottom but that is always a good problem to have for a formal dress. The beading was incredibly done. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thank you again!

I bought two copies of two chiffon dresses worn by Grace Kelly in the movie "To catch a thief", the white and the blue ones. The colour of the blue one isn't the same, and the details have been rendered in an odd, almost awkward way. Moreover, the dresses were in theory custom-made with my measures, but they were too tight and I couldn't tie them. When the dresses are custom-made you can't have all your money back, so now I'll have to keep them.
I gave 2 stars because if people didn't know the original dresses these versions wouldn't probably be so bad, apart from the strange elements I explained before. Besides, I suggest ordering standard sizes and not custom-made dresses, as in the second case it would be impossible to get a full refund.

I recently received a dress from this company. I also ordered two more from Amazon. The ones I received from Amazon were half price and same quality. I emailed Celebrity dresses to return and it has to be sent back to China. Good luck with that. I am now out $130.00 my Amazon dress is in the left. I paid 70.00 for it both fully lined

The worst experience ever, bad Chinese quality, the dress&shoes i received have nothing to do with what was presented on the website (see the pics attached) I had to throw them since i didn't expect to receive the money back :(.

Do NOT order from this site... the dresses aren't exactly as depicted in the picture. When I went to return them (paid about $100 to ship it back to China on my own dime) they gave me the run around trying not to fully refund me over $300. They're now claiming they never received the dress despite me sending tracking and them confirming it arrived. Not worth the money. They are liars and a shady business. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The dress looks nothing like the picture and is cheap Chinese fabric. I spent even more money at the post office, returned the dress (as I was instructed) they still didn't issue my refund. Don't waste your money. They will take your money and not give refunds. They are a Chinese company not USA based like they claim and even fake their address using a USA one.

I was a little nervous ordering a dress I couldn't try on beforehand, but the price was so affordable that I decided to take the chance. I am SO glad that I did! He built-in bra has nice support, and the dress is very comfortable. Customer service was also great, I needed to fix a mistake I made after placing my order and they helped me out quickly.

I ordered a coat which was two sizes smaller than my usual size. Sending it back was hardly possible. You have to pay the postage yourself and that eats up the prize of the item.
Never, ever order anything from such a company. To me it's close to fraud.
I didn' know it was a Chinese company, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place.

I ordered a dress from the site that did not fit according to size. I paid $157 for the dress. The company initially offered me $25 for the return, then they bumped it to $50. After a complaint to Pay Pal, they offered a full refund. I returned the dress 2 months ago - tags still on, never worn. Spent another $50 to send it back to China. Too date, I still have not received a refund for the dress. They have the dress and kept my money.

I loved this dress SOO much for my maternity shoot! I ordered the red off-the-shoulder maternity dress. I'm 5', 34F, around 186 lbs, I usually wear a size 10 or 12 top/dress depending on the cut/breast size of the top/dress. The top fit great on my shoulders, breast, and waist, however, it was a little baggy in the forearms which I think made it look a little weird with my bracelets. Overall though I think any color in this dress looks perfect based on the reviews I've seen. I did not wear anything (like tights) under the dress as it was pretty opaque. I'm Muslim and cover everyday and so despite the fact this dress appears to be very revealing, it can also be styled modestly and is incredibly versatile.

Steer clear of this website they are not even based in the US. You will wait a month for delivery and forget trying to return something they only refund a quarter of the purchase even though the garment is returned in mint condition, I returned due to poor quality. The photos are stolen on their website to misguide people. Horrible horrible terrible customer service barely responsive. Took 4 months for the partial refund. Also had to report to the BBB, this website should be shut down!

Bought this for my prom a few years ago and it couldn't be a better fit. The second I saw a picture of Gigi's dress I was absolutely in love with it and I thought it would be risky buying it online however I was completely wrong. The dress fit beautifully thank you so much.

BEWARE- PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Bought a wedding dress. Followed their instructions to provide measurements. Dress looked so cheap and the sleeves looked like they were made to fit Shrek! I contacted them for a return and followed their instructions. More than 6 months and them stringing me along I have yet to get my refund. I provided PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. They had the ordacity to ask me for my personal BANK account. More than 6 months and no refund! It is a SCAM! BEWARE!

This place will take your money, let you waste more on return shipping, despite tracking say they never received the item, and keep stringing you along and give you NO refund. They will wait for you to walk away realizing they are just stringing you along.

WASTE of MONEY!

These people promise you everything and will agree to whatever you ask them to make... then they will go ahead and do whatever they want. Then they will say if you are not happy, to send it back to them in China and for $50 more, they will remake it exactly how you want. Shipping would cost you $150+ and $50 for the remake... along with the money you already spent $170... that adds up to $370. So for a dress that would generously cost $50 to make... you would end up spending not ~3x but ~7x as much... not to mention the amount of time spent waiting for the item and then arguing and then sending it back and then waiting for it again. What a terrible experience and I hope you do not have the same thing happen to you. Look for a place near you and people who can be held accountable. Paypal is trying to resolve this issue for me at this point.

I ordered a dress that came in an unbelievable fast time frame! Every question and concern (there were very many) were answered right away and they took care of me which in the end helped take off some stress of my competition. I had to add a lining to it and make one minor alteration BUT for the price and the time I received it- it was totally worth it! I am goign to be wearing this again in the Miss Bikini US pageant as well. Thank you gals so much for taking care of me :)

I ordered this in black and the dress just arrived after exactly 3 weeks! The fabric is great quality and the craftsmanship is stunning! Really well made dress, sooooo glad i bought it! It will just need some minor adjustments to the straps as my bust size is a bit smaller but nothing too demanding!
