I paid for an Apple gift card and they sent me an used car, I lost my money and they doesn't respond

I purchased the first card with no problem, but I went to buy the second card and waited, got message saying call the 800 number and I got a sex line. I was supposed to leave my information but left this message, "you gotta be phucking kidding me." The verification screen popped up again, I sent a picture with my ID like they asked, got the verification screen, called the 800 number back, left my information that time. Got no code. I had to end up writing help. They responded saying I had to do the verification, which I wrote and told them I'd already done. I got NO CODES. I got a message saying my session was timed out. I wrote and told them to refund my money.

These guys sold me a card for $89.99 ($75) Steam this afternoon it's now 12;23. I have sent numerous emails and complied with all of their idiotic requests for pics of me with ID, various poses, piece of paper with order number under my chin. What the heck is going on here, I'm a recent leg amputee, disabled veteran, they stole my money.

This company is absolutely ridiculous! I purchased an amazon gift card for $346 with the understanding that i would receive it instantly. They sent an email requesting me to verify myself. I attempted to use the code that they text me but their site kept saying the code was invalid. Finally i called them and followed their instructions. They sent a new email requesting my photo id. After waiting 15 minutes for it to be submitted it resulted in a cancellation of my order. So now i have almost $400 tied up waiting on the cancellation to work itself through the paypal refund process. Terrible. Absolutely terrible!

I was concerned at first when my bank was charged and I had to verify my identity by sending a picture of myself with an ID. I reached out to the support team which cleared my worries with the speed and courtesy they gave me when conversing. It also made me feel a little bit better knowing that I could also mask any system information on my ID. All in all, card closet is pretty solid and they have my business.

So i was planning to get 2 50$ playstation store gift cards and we got the first one quite quickly and it worked which is good then my sister bought another and it said it was still not manually and so we decided to send an email and wait it's been 9 hours and no email back or any information it would've been a 4 or 5 if it wasn't so slow?

First 2 orders were great. After that, after attempting to process orders for the SAME product, every attempt failed - cancelled right after successfully using the same information. No help from the people responsible ~ only ' we'll get back to you ' and of course never did, leaving me in the dark about the reason my requests were cancelled. No one wants to be lied to.

I attempted to buy iTunes gift cards and the purchase didn't go through for some reason- at the time of payment my balance did lower, but without any notice when I went to check order status my order had been canceled.

I realised the email I used to create my account was different from the email I used for my PayPal, so I remade a new account using that email because at the time I believed that to be the reason. But that wasn't the case.

An email address was linked as ‘support', which I messaged, photos linked with proof. I got told that my account had been blocked and would be investigated for fraud- yet I managed to continue the process all over again (granted, it failed in the end)

Don't do this to yourself, get what you need anywhere else :// /

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a google play card. Only to be told they only work in the USA!.
I asked for a refund as I live outside the USA and it was useless to me.
They point blank refused, when it would have been the most professional way to resolve things.
So a day later I changed my phone to a USA address and re-registered in the Google play shop. Only to be told the card had already been redeemed!.
So obviously the card had been sold to someone else.
A very unprofessional approach to a problem that could have been so easily resolved.
Stay away at all costs!.

Don't give away your info! The policies of the site have changed and now they require a quite shady verification process where you have to either call them to a US based phone (giving your Name, Purchase ID and phone number), or upload a photo of yourself holding the order number, AND another photo (check this out) where you have to show your ID/Passport to the camera. This is the first time a company asks me for such sensible information to buy Video Game Giftcards! Stay way from it!

This company is a scam I paid 544.99 for a $500 Amazon gift card and when I went to use it Amazon's website said: "The gift card code you entered has already been redeemed." PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! IT IS A SCAM!

This is ridiculous! You haven't even verified my information. Yet you have already charged my card! Void the transaction and refund my card immediately! ***Update, I still feel the site is a scam, but they did refund/reverse the charges on my credit card. After the second automated reply just confirming for me to verify my information again with picture and picture of my drivers license which I did not provide. I firmly stated they needed to void transaction as they charged card without the verification they were requesting and that I reported the charge as fraudulent to my bank.

Hey guys i Just purchased a 20 USD Card from here as offgamers.com ran out of code. The price here is 3 dollars more then other Sites like offgamers.com, Seagm.com. They didn't ask me for verification before i made the order but after i made the order they asked me to verify the order. They want me to hold my passport and take a pic and send them and they want me to hold a paper and write my order no in it and click a pic and send them. Can you $#*!ing believe it? Please dont purchase codes from this $#*! ITS TOTAL BULL$#*!
