THEY SENT ME A CARD THAT WAS SCANNED. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY. I WENT TO REDEEM THE CODE AND IT SAID THAT THE CARD HAD ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED. I TRIED TO GET IT RESOLVED AND THEY CLAIMED I WAS LYING AND REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND. THEY ARE A SCAM AND I ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB. STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I paid 100$ but they sent steam gift card with 0$ balance. I don't recommend it. Support tried to help me but results.

The site advertises "Instant Delivery" upon payment, which couldn't be more misleading. As the above reviewer stated, the site will ask you to "confirm your identity" by asking for a photo of your face with either the order ID number or your GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. As if this isn't shady enough, if you DO confirm your identity, the "card" they email you will actually be a screenshot of a code purchased for less than what they charge on paypal gifts (fun fact: you can see the cursor of whoever took the screenshot hovering below the code), which you have to manually type in to redeem. Finally, upon typing in the code on the screenshot, you will find that the code you received has already been used, and the website's support will deny that anyone but you had access to the code, which was "unused" upon delivery.

Just stay away from this site entirely.

The service does not require any additional info from you. I've heard that they require a picture and order Id from you but that is not true, they automatically send you an image of the gift card code. And if they did ask you for additional info, they are checking if you are lying about your age or not. But my experience with this site it was a fast(takes about an hour for the email to arrive)and simple process in my oppinion. I would recommend buying from this site if you are from a foreign country and I will certainly buy from this site again.

I understand the concerns of everyone who is weary of the verification process on this site so I'm writing the review just to clear up the issue. I work for a very large company that sells lawn equipment and generators and we implement a similar kind of verification process to weed out any fraud. People use others credit cards and accounts all the time and this verification helps to keep the customer secure as much as the seller. In the case of card closet, it's entirely necessary for them to verify because they deal with money codes. They need to cover their business with proof like that because anyone can grab the code, spend the money and turn around and claim they never authorized the purchase through PayPal or their credit card. Having your id and photo on file to show that, yes, you actually made the purchase is proof that they can use to dispute any charge disputes made by the customer. I purchased amazon gift cards on this site yesterday and submitted my verification. The whole process took all of 15 minutes and I got my codes. After I claimed the codes I got a message from PayPal asking me if I actually authorized this purchase. If I had said no and they didn't have proof of my I'd and photo and PayPal took back the money, the company would have no way of proving otherwise. I'd be more concerned about a site like this that doesn't have any kind of verification. With online shopping becoming the norm, there are more and more people who will take advantage of the anonymity and commit fraud. If you can't handle the extra steps it takes for companies to protect themselves and the consumer, then drive to the store.
