I've had an amazing experience when I went to Bullion people. Before I met one of them, I've seen it's very clean, organized and people are very smiley and helpful until John approached to me asking by starting how I am and introducing himself.
He's very professional and kind started the conversation to know what I'm looking for first and give me different options. It's not that only, he was very full of information and details for everything you need to make sure you never miss anything and answers al my questions with extra hissing details that you never find anywhere else like that.

I got the silver bar and it is great! It has very reasonable quality, and it's worth the price. Delivery was timely, and I was treated with respect. I really recommend buying from those guys. They are professional and they know how to treat people well.

I've ordered a few times with them using Interac e-Transfer. On their site it says "E-Transfers from first time clients will be subject to a 10 business day hold". The following ones should take 2 days for clearing. Don't believe it. It takes on average a month to get your order in your mailbox. I gave them 3 because they are the cheapest and the packaging is done well. By the way, I ordered one African silver coin, and it had micro-scratches. They've been probably trying to erase milk spots with eraser... Maybe next time will try to price match with another competitor.

Stay far, far away from this scam of a business. This racket seems to work on a confidence system. My first few small transactions were fine except for the lengthy time for delivery. My last transaction for a gold Maple Leaf took place over 21/2 months ago. No delivery. No communication unless you email first and then they respond with BS when they do decide to respond. I should mention that I also bought a gold Maple Leaf on the same day from SilverGold Bull out of Calgary, AB. It was actually cheaper and I had the coin in my hands within days. Finally, I gave them a one week warning that if they didn't get my property into the mail or issue me a refund I would start posting negative reviews about their business. They didn't even respond. Please do not do business with these thieves, you have been warned.

I really would like to thank the stuff for their patient they have helped me a lot through my choices of the coins, it's really hard for me to decide what do I like from the big variety collection they had, thank you again..

Bought in 2018. Shipping is still pending. Had to go court for our product to get delivered. Do not recommend this supplier.
