The website and checkout process are carefully set up to obscure the fact that you're NOT buying single items, but are in fact signing up for "subscriptions" that will spontaneously take large chunks of money out of your bank account without warning. I bought a nativity piece and and Armor of God statue for my mom for Mother's Day. They were BOTH subscriptions - the nativity, I let slide. Whatever. It's fancy looking and Mom likes it. The first shipment was Mary and baby Jesus (again the website is VERY unclear) and that's when we figured out they were going to ship the other nativity pieces as they were produced. Fine. But today another little bronze soldier showed up - Long AFTER $111 dollars disappeared out of my bank without so much as an email from Bradford Exchange announcing the impending charge. He's going back. And trust me, Hell will freeze over, and the devil will be giving free sleigh rides before I ever order anything from the Bradford Exchange again.

Buyer beware! I ordered the Armour of God sculpt. It was advertised for $109 or 3 easy payments of $36.60 I receiving my sculpt when I went to check my order I saw that I was signed up for a subscription to the calendar and they were charging me $109. I called them as soon as I saw a charge of $109.00 This was not on their page but the company was clearly misleading in their advertisement. This will end up costing $$218.00I have called them and they refused to refund me I have not received anything else but the one that I had order they stated that i should receive it this friday which i told them I did not authorize this purchase and I did not subscribed no were in the page stated this and the manager told me i have to receive it first in order to get a refund and i have to be responsible if the package gets lost in the mail they will send me a bill for it and put me on collection these people needs to be stopped from scamming people I would never buy from them ever again very disappointed.
