The site is located somewhere in the Russian Federation and its servers are in Stockholm, making the owners of theaudiobookbay difficult to put out of business. Be advised that anyone who uploads or downloads any audio and/or e-book from this site is committing a copyright infringement, also known as book piracy; it's a crime for which you can be fined--whether uploading or downloading. Do what I do whenever I want a book: buy it from a reputable bookstore or on-line bookseller such as Amazon, B&N, iTunes, or Audible.
