Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as they have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.
I tried ordering my cart of a snowboard and bindings. I got charged seven times after receiving an error in my payment method? Now I have over 5k dollars of pending charges and I am forced to wait for the pending charges to drop as NONE of the charges even made an order. So now I can't even buy a board or boots from another website since my credit card is maxed out for the next three days. Get your guy's website fixed.

The site has a crazy amount of bugs. The bindings I purchased listed 2 different sizes "L/XL" and "L/XL (9-14)" but the "L/XL (9-14)" were actually out of stock. I spoke with a customer rep and was told that it was a 'entry error' and that the "L/XL" were actually in stock. As this may be the case, this is just and example of how it may be difficult for a user to navigate the site without assistance from a rep.
It has been a true lifesaver for me as a busy student. They delivered an impeccably structured essay for my psychology class, and I couldn't be more impressed. They are highly recommended! I really appreciate it!

Gloves are real nice, great place to order from. Shipping was quick and they have a very nice selection of quality products to choose from. I really like the filters for outdoor gear so you can easily get past things like being waterproof or not since on many sites that is difficult to find.
Ordered snowboarding boots for my grandson before christmas. Order never received. I have tried so many times by email, online chat and calling. The online chat I keep getting timed out as I have been on hold so long. E-mail mentions nothing other than case opened. I have called and each time over an hour listening to music and hung up. I will try again this morning. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of response. I have rated one star but wanted to select none.

Great starter FRAMED Impact BMX bike for $69. We bought and donated two for 9 and 13 year old boys whose family lost everything from hurricane Ian in Fla. And needed help for Christmas. There was a delivery charge due to size and weight but they came quick and were well worth it.

I made three separate orders for multiple items in order to get free shipping. Every single order had problems! Shipping was taking a long time, like a week, just to get out of the warehouse. I had to call multiple times and find out that items were oversold and canceled, or for some reason stuck in the warehouse and that I should've been informed. Painful company to work with, but most of the items I received were good quality(tents). I'm a bit pissed off that I ordered some really nice $350 snow pants for my wife and when they arrived, the pants were as thin as leggings. Absolutely zero insulation! Evidently I have to look for "insulated snow pants." Weird!

Great outdoor gear for a great sale/clearance price! I love all that I purchased. The Burton long insulated side zip pull over vest is really nice. It's comfy, stylish and warm. The XC ski jacket is sleek, breathable and classy/functional. I'm still looking for the perfect XC ski mittens and gators for snowshoeing but I will find them!

When I went to check out, they said the discount code did not apply. I texted online with a sales rep and she tired to give me more codes to use. They all failed. She said sorry and could not do anything more. I had a poor experience with The House. The sad thing is I still bought the product because I couldn’t find it anywhere else. Grrrr!
