I am an author there, and let's say the truth, authors are treated like slaves and moderators will always find a way to make you earn less money (because of a coma, a space or something like that) plus I met some rude customers so some authors (like me) are afraid to help people on this site. But I still like to write texts and articles for them because they always verify if you copy it from another site, so quality is still here, even if sometimes too much quality kills work.

The test I was given actually turned out to be a text that I myself had translated for the website of a international household-name company! My translation at the time was proofread, agonised over and fine-tuned by native-speaker experts in the domain. I have no idea if Textmaster had permission to use this text in their test but anyway, I used my official translation, and my application was rejected due to poor quality. Avoid these scum at all costs.

I would recommend that new translators exercise some caution with this company, for example by not taking on projects that are too large right at the beginning. I accepted my first project last night, wrote up a beautiful translation, used the "Upload" button to submit it, and it went into "under review" status on the Dashboard. This morning it had disappeared entirely, no record that I had ever done it or submitted it. What a waste of time and effort! In assigning me the project, someone from Textmaster had written "please contact me via the message app on this site if you have any questions" -- but the site, as far as I could tell, and I searched everywhere, HAS no button that will allow you to communicate with the person who assigned you the job! Possibly this will all be sorted out over time -- but thank god it was only 6 paragraphs rather than 60, or 600!

I have used TextMaster to translate the product descriptions (10 000 refs) of my website in 2 new languages. The app is easy to use and the team is avalaible to assist us if needed.
I have proofread randomly some translations and the result is fine.
I ll work with them in the future.

I was struggling to find good writers for my multilingual site, i used translators a few times but it was not good enough, the translated content is never as good as content created in the language the site is targeted to. I heard of TextMaster and gave them a try. I used native speaking copywriters, with just some basic guidelines and a link to my site the result was great. And i do not need to spend money or time to manage in-house copywriters. Hands down, i recommend it for anyone who needs multilingual good content at a reasonable price.

First time with a translation platform, file well received, efficient and comprehensive service for quality trades. I highly recommend and will use TextMaster again if necessary.

Needed a translation done quick and accurate, and while it was fast it was pretty awful in terms of quality.
And the customer care was worse.
Stay away and use another site

(to shorten it now) not offering to pay, but offering to block my account and not paying me. Never again!
