My experience was terrible. They closed my account and I keep advising customer service live in a different household but yet you still discontinued my account. Rules are per household. Plus I already sent books to you and I still haven't been paid. So they close your account, keep your books, and not pay you. Customer Service do not listen to your needs, neither concerned about the needs of the customer. They keep sending a scribed answer which is not true. The rep was not willing to hear anything I have to say.

Process is very easy, I only wish that there was an option to scan multiple ibsn #s with phone camera like BooksRun has on their webpage instead of having to manually add each number of the ibsns.

Enjoy the services. Used services before when in school and easy to pick back up with this online store.

I required five textbooks and TextbookRush had four on them on the website with a great price. I placed the order and received three out of four of the books. I had my first class with no book and then after reaching out to the company, I was informed that the company no longer carried the textbook. Now I will miss a second class without one of my books. Looks like I will have to pay $200+ for it from the school. The disappointing part was that I was not notified until I reached out. Great value for the materials but not so good at communicating.

It was easy to check the value of my books and sell it to TextbookRush. I also received my money within 2 business days after I received an email that they received my books.
