So far, the site and content has been useful for the past few years for the kids and I think the Skill Building Academy is a good value to avoid a visit to the library.
Used this site when my 4-year-old son needed to take the gifted and talented test. Honestly, I thought it would provide me enough practice materials for the test but it was so much more. They had so many practice questions that it was almost overwhelming. I suppose that's better than not having enough for the parents. I did contact their customer service both email and phone. Was impressed they answered my phone call very late into the evening by someone who actually works for the company. Overall, good experience and will be back when my 2-year-old is tested in a couple of years.

Answer: There is not penalties. Buy you'd better make sure you cancel before the month ends or they will keep your account forever
Answer: You have to be EXTREMELY careful with this company as they have a very tricky cancellation policy just for the sake of ensuring that they can charge you again, and not refund your money. If you decide to try for a month you almost need to cancel your membership immediately so you don't forget, as they intentionally state they won't send out a courtesy reminder unless you request it, and if you forget to cancel even within the same day they charge you they will not refund you based on hidden and deceptive language in the terms of agreement.
