There is no penalty for cancellation of a Monthly Membership. Please do NOT purchase an Annual Membership as this is billed by the year. Please call 877-609-6203 and we would be happy to assist you to insure you only get the time you wish. You can also manage your account via the My Account, My Membership section of the site. You will find our phone number on every page to assist you and you will be amazed at the tools we provide to insure your account is properly managed. Go to My Account, Contact Us to find five ways to reach us, seven days a week!

Yes. They are following a total unfair business practice. Auto renewal widely acceptable in subscription service. However, all those fair business will send a reminder email prior to the upcoming billing. This cheating TestingMom has a default option that will automatically opt you out of the billing reminder.

Please do not just stop by writing complaint in this website. Take this out to all other social media and file a formal complaint with your state attorney general office or consumer protection division

This is a trap, don't get associated with this service. They charged me for one year and without even sending a "single" remainder email to me. On checking and requesting them that I do not intend to use and wanted to refund, they threatened that they would cut of my access to their website.

I would suggest that you stay away from them. You can refer to grievances of people who got trapped by their shady policies in the below links.

Their customer service also sucks and they are extremely arrogant and useless in their response, if you need any help from them.Do youself a favor and avoid them at all cost !
