I'm about to purchase this for the monthly membership, if during the 1st month I decide to cancel, I just want to make sure there are no penalties?

This company is to stay away from. I had a membership for one year, and then they apply automatic renewals. They charged me $105 for an automatic renewal. I emailed and called them to let them know I don't need the service and want my money refunded. Yes it is mentioned on their website that they will automatically renew and they hide behind that. This is not customer-friendly at all. Who behaves this way especially is COVID times when people get laid-off? The only interest of this company is to make money, not to have happy customers. Additionally, how do they use the money? The interface of the website is extremely poor and would need much work to make it interactive. The only thing this company has is access to the records of the tests, which they monetize and they just make a lot of margin with poor website interface, and horrible customer service. One of the worst experiences as a customer I ever had in my entire life. Seriously.

There is no penalty for cancellation of a Monthly Membership. Please do NOT purchase an Annual Membership as this is billed by the year.
