Bad service

Tesco Mobile is inappropriate in making mistakes and solving is not the issue they have charged me £400 extra and are sending bailiff letters to my house pushing every effort to take the money which I don't owe?

The worst mobile phone company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Have had staff hang up on me. Enter my security details wrong so I fail security. Huff at me when I've nicely asked to speak with the supervisor ( as advised to from the day before)
Had no service so no calls text or data for 10 weeks. Offered about 5 times refund on data never happened
Spoken over when I try to explain that they've already tried that and nothing Happened.
Am awaiting refund on the £150 upgrade I paid and to cancel that contract I can't see that happening.
Once my other contracts are up I'll be going elsewhere. I had 4 accounts for family. Been with them years and get treated really badly when they're the ones who can't provide a service I'm paying for
I paid 10 weeks of the contract and no data calls or texts were used.
Awful customer service just avoid them

Data Rip Off

Customer service is good, signal is good, prices are good. The big fat No No is the fact your data is eaten up in days, even when data is switched off Tesco still manage to allow you to go into your safety buffer! Ive seen this same problem highlighted in a lot of reviews of Tesco mobile, so its not just me imagining things! Ive since changed networks and i have no more data usage problems! Id go as far as to say Tesco are ripping customers off with the data charges!

I moved to a new flat recently and I had been on 3 for a number of years but the signal was virtually none existent in the flat.
A family member came to visit and they used Tesco mobile and had a full signal, so I decided to switched over and are happy with the signal strength and call quality

APPAULLING!
April 18, 2023

My husband and I decided to switch from EE to Tesco. Since the 3rd March this year, we are still not on their network.
Awful service, having to call many, many times and visit in store shops.
Still not on their network and still having to call to have multiple, easy easy rectified.
DO NOT USE this Company, just check their reviews on Facebook.
Great shame Tesco, but you already know how poor your service is.

Their incompetence is beyond comprehension and they absolve themselves of any accountability for leaving a vulnerable adult without any means of communication. The following is a summary of the farce that is Tesco Mobile customer service:

•They have rendered my mother, a vulnerable adult without a service for three week.

•I have spoken to eleven call operatives, two of which were escalations managers.

•There incompetence has also led to my service being rendered unusable for two weeks because they replaced the wrong Sim within the account that I hold with them. The Sims have been replaced in their system, but we are yet to receive the replacements.

Every little helps is their slogan. A little service would help!

My mother was in A&E on Sunday and the Emergency Ambulatory Unit on Monday. Their incompetence left me with no means to contact the rest of her family. I will continue to post on review sites as they have displayed a complete disregard for a vulnerable adult. They never fulfil their promises to send SIMs, return calls, or reinstate service.

We have 4 contracts with Tescomobile, We have had 4 quality mobile phones and our contracts are capped so as not to run up big bills, This contract capping is very good when you have kids otherwise kids have a great habit of running up big bills for there parents, I cannot fault tescomobile, Changing to this company was one of the best moves we have ever done and it has also saved us a fortune

I just want to move my old number to my new phone with Tesco...it has taken FOUR days and is STILL not done!
I have four separate phones with Tesco Mobile and cannot believe the ABSOLUTELY SHOCKINGLY poor service I have received. I have been with Tesco for years...after this experience I will be changing bioth mine and my families phones to another provider ASAP!
I have made 3 phone calls and 1 Web chat in the last fours days!...and am still without my business phone.
