Do not use this company! They are not a real registered company and their software isn't good. Total scam but have managed to make themselves seem legit.
Their software has completely messed my devices and when I asked them for a refund they simply would not give me one even though it says '30 days guaranteed money back' on their buy page.
Their customer support was exceptionally rude too.
AVOID if you want to keep your devices safe and don't waste your money with these guys.

You can restore and have all your files deleted for free with Apple software. TenorShare is a scam avoid this as it's a waste of money and time.

I would totally trust this company and its products. My boss was locked out of his old phone he uses for business and it was stuck in a loop with Google sign in which he had forgotten the password(he has so many). He had given me his Samsung Galaxy S7
This program was compatible with ALL Android phones and I was able to remove the loop by Google and as well remove his main password, giving access to his phone without the need to delete all his data and restore his phone to factory settings
