I bought the app to fix my iPhone which had cycled on reboot screen however the software could not fix the operating system as advertised so I asked for my refund however they never wanted to give me my money back they just asked and asked for more evidences that the software had not worked, it is not fair that they are advertised in that way and then do not want to return the money!

I purchased Tenorshare 4DDiG, deleted files recovery software. It recovered the file I accidentally deleted, from 4 different spots, but all in a corrupted for.
For 2 weeks now I am discussing with Tenorshare representative to get a refund. As their software did not do the job.
Max they agreed was to 50% refund.
Is nothing specified in their Refund Policy about partial refund.

So, I bought iCareFone Transfer for a single month (I don't need it forever). The application is very user-friendly and almost foolproof. I love the user interface as well, looks very good... Theft! Software doesn't work and they don't publish any review. They don't refund! I spoke to them, they replied that if in 30 days they won't solve, they will refund. Didn't happen! Useless software!

I downloaded the trial version of 4DDiG File Repair to fix a bunch of unreadable photos on an old SD card. It worked like magic. Just a couple of clicks, and all those damaged files were restored. I was happy to pay for the full version to save all those precious photos.

I tried two of their tools, they both work perfectly, I tried the iCare phone Transfer, and the Windows file Recovery. Also their support team are very reactive and friendly. If you face any issue ir if you have any question just write to them and they will answer you in the same day and give you all the necessary instructions. I used to product and it only worked twice but it charged me for the 3 devices that it did not work on when I reached out to customer service they sent me a new activation code for the devices it did not work on

I purchased the product based on the websites money back guarantee. The product did not work I reached out to customer service as they asked to see if they could resolve the issue. They offered no help and refuse to honor the money back guarantee.

Tenorshare is my favorite program to use and the customer service is fantastic. They are quick and efficient and for a reasonable price too. I wouldn't bother with other programs as tenorshare does it all!

The software I bought was helpful. The checkout process became confused when choosing between products it added several versions of the same product though 2 products could not be chosen at the same time. It was not evident the total had changed. Several miscommunications before receiving a proper response.

Had a least a 1/2 dozen e-mail interactions from the so called "Tech Rep" without being able to use the product. One question that was never answered."where is the backup stored?. The Cloud, the phone, my PC".

Ok Violet... You Win... I've found a free Backup/Restore technique on my Galaxy S9 Smart phone that is 110% easier to use than your's. Guess I'll have to eat the $52 that I paid for it since you do NOT offer a refund for "Dissatisfaction of Product". I'm not going to go without posting a very negative review on an appropriate website. I'm not sure where you are located but I'm guessing either China or India which is the HOME of SCAMMERS and you definitely come under that Heading. GOODBYE!
