It was one of the best software's till 2021 but in 2022 none of the software works. I seek help from them many times but there software is total waste of money I am unable to recover my single image/ MP4 neither I am able to recover my deleted iCloud backup data.

I won't recommend anyone to trust Tenorshare. I am asking for the refund from long time but had no luck & the software is total waste of money as it doesn't solve even 1% of the problem as it claims to be.

Wow! This software actually worked. Works on multiple different items too including passcode, activation lock, cloud lock, and mdm. Only software ive found that did the job. Def. Purchasing again in the near future.

A ex stole my phone and changed all my passwords. Google wouldn't help so I was going to loose all my memories. So I tried TENORSHARE. Had it not been for their expertise and superior customer service I would have lost my kids lives growing up with the ******* plus pictures alone. It was a frustrating tool. I thought, It would remove all the passcodes even the Apple ID. It was not well explained in the commercial. There is no difference with iTunes, you still need to open in Apple ID before you can use the locked password.

Without my consent these people automatically charged my card with a monthly subscription fee. I have purchased a subscription only for 1 month, which is last month, and without my consent they have automatically charged me for this month. I have used their service only for 1 day in the last month and haven't used it since. When I asked to refund me for this automatic renewal which has gone through without my prior consent, they are declining to refund. Says "it's difficult to refund once the renewal is done". As if my money has gone through some kind of a magic portal, which makes it "difficult" for them to return. And they say they have sent me a reminder about the renewal. If I have got any, I would have seen obviously. I didn't find any such email in my inbox or my spam folder! This $#*!ing liars have practically scammed my money! $#*!ing Frauds!

Tenorshare software product does not work for me. I immediately connected with support team. I want to cancelled my subscription and to get refund. I uninstalled program and could not provide log for support team like a proof of something.And in the same time they mention that to get fefund is very difficult.
So, sometimes you can say goodbye to your money.

I purchased iCareFone for WhatsApp Transfer program and it worked very nicely and smoothly. The Instructions were clear there was no issue what so ever. I did a 17 GB transfer from Android to Iphone and I didn't loose a single thing! Totally worth it.

My iphone was doing an "endless loop" I purchased their software which claims to resolve this. It did not. I ended up having to ship device back to Apple. I requested a refund they state if it's hardware they will not provide a refund, if it's software provide proof from Apple and they will refund. I am providing them a report from Apple once I receive it and will update this review and rating dependant on how Tenorshare proceeds.

I bought the data recovery software to recover data from a corrupt external hard drive. The only thing that this software could recover was the recycle bin. I was able to see my documents outside of the software, I just could not access them. I tried to recover a few documents from the recycle bin, but the software just froze.

I contacted support to utilize the 100% money-back guarantee. Instead, I was offered to use my payment for one of their other software or a 30% refund. They refused to give me a full refund, even though it was less than 30 days and the software did not work for me.

I downloaded it to transfer my data from ios to android, only whatsapp. I followed the instructions as it says in the guide and it didn't work.
I tried FAQ and look over internet for a solution, but i couldn't find the backup that the sw should had created.
I contacted the support because it says that in case it doesn't work you can have a refund, but they just keep answering me that I should try as it says in the guide (the same guide I followed).

I recently decided to change my phone after a long use. I decided to switch platforms from Android to ios. My only concern was that I will lose my WhatsApp data. But i found this powerful tool the will do it for me.

I purchased a new PC and wanted to transfer my license to the new computer. Apparently the purchase of a lifetime subscription is only good for the 1 PC that you install on initially. Who does that? Do not purchase if you plan on ever upgrading your computer ever!

I like doing business with a company that doesn't speak "Chatbot" back to my questions. I accidentally purchased the wrong product because I was having that kind of day... After realizing my mistake, I wrote to the Support Team with red cheeks embarrassed at what I freakin' did. I've had hard times with other Software companies that tried to screw me over on situations that was clearly their own faults. So I skeptical about Tensorshare's Support Team helping me after it being my bad for buying the wrong software. My Email was answered hours later with a solution I could live with and it was painless! Great timing and nice compromising on their behalf. If some of the other companies had this Support Team I would have more trust in a lot more websites. Thank you for understanding and helping me get the right software that I require!

I had an issue with my iphone screen and could not unlock the phone. Purchased the 4ukey which promised to unlock my phone without having to do a reset and lose my data. The unlock worked easy enough but i lost all data to the last backup. I could have just done this myself without the software. Then to add insult to injury their "one off" payment offer subscribed me to a monthly subscription ($64) that i then had to spend an hour to unsubscribe from, very difficult to find how to do it. They offer the 30 day money back guarantee but after my experience with trying to unsubscribe i am not even going to waste time with them trying to get that money back. Back up your phones regularly people.

The software is insanely simple to use and navigate with no prior experience. The software is also a great price for everything that is included. Was able to use contact customer service with issue and they are vocal and able to resolve my issues. Would definitely recommend
