I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
I ordered a sweatshirt from Teespring and the one I got had what was clearly a misprint. The print was fuzzy and looked double-printed: not at all what was advertised. I requested a refund and didn't get a response for 7 business days. Finally, they said I could get a refund, so I confirmed that I wanted one. At the time of this writing, 19 business days since I sent that confirmation, I still haven't received a refund. This is among the worst experiences I've ever had with an online merchant. Stay away. They're basically con artists stealing your money. I lost over 40 bucks for nothing.

Towards the end of December, I ordered a hoodie and it came within a week but it didn't fit. I emailed customer service and within two days, they got back to me saying that I could get store credit. The item I chose was a couple pounds more than the last but I got it with no charge! It came within a week! Absolutely great service and the hoodie is of amazing quality! 100% recommend!
Product was late but I was updated and assured the whole time. Company even offered an extended return time because I wasn't giving my gift right away and I wanted to make sure it fit.
Had to exchange a tee-shirt gift for my husband and was so impressed with the help I received in customer chat. They were fast, helpful and it only took a few minutes. Also the shirt was very nice quality and arrived quite fast. I will order from them in the future.

I've never ordered from Teespring but had a great experience and my order was received quickly. The product is of good quality, the size was slight larger than I thought it would be but I'm happy with it. I was more so moved with this particular shirt because it had my sister's name in the list of those who had passed away. I don't know how they got her name but it was a beautiful way to honor her. The mug I ordered came in broken unfortunately, but I think this was from the shipping company. It took a bit of digging to find the contact information as the automatic help service doesn't work very well. I got a reply in less then 24 hours from Harold and am very impressed and grateful that he was able to help me quickly and with no issues. Thank you very much for the help Harold!

use the *******@spri.ng email and not the built in service thing on the site if you have issues or need a refund/new product. They give you a real person to speak to with the email.

I received a package that I hadn't ordered and couldn't figure out who had sent it. I checked with this company because of a previous order that I couldn't remember what it was. Long story short they researched my request and provided me info from my original order and confirmed the mystery package wasn't from them. They were very helpful, professional and went above and beyond todays business practices for most companies, I will be a return customer and recommend them to others.

My case was handled by Ruel, who was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and professional. I accidentally added 2 extra items to my cart during a late night impulse buy, and since everything is made to order I figured I would be out $40. Instead, I was very kindly granted store credit equal to the cost of the extra items. I'll definitely be doing business with them again!
My customer service experience with Lilibeth was the best customer service I've ever had she is competent, kind and incredibly good at what she does. She made me want to continue to shop at Teespring.com She made the impossible happen for me when she did not have to and was not required to therefore I think that she deserves a raise please consider because more people will want to shop because of excellent customer service experience like I've experienced working with Lilibeth.

Recently bought a hooded sweatshirt from Teespring that I wasn't happy with.
The black logo didn't contrast as well on the navy sweatshirt as I was expecting given the photo on their website.
The customer service people at Teespring worked with me to replace it with a better color combination.

I'm really happy about my purchase on teespring's website. Unfortunatelly, I had a problem with the sizes, because I'm from Portugal and our sizes are different. However, I had the best service from a member of the Teespring's support. I don't know if I can say his name, maybe I won't, so I can protect his identity, but he was so polite and kind and also helped me with everything.

I had placed an order for 6 tees. I ordered in women's, which I didn't realize until I got the order that they were a bit smaller than I'm used to since I normally get men's sizes because of work Its normally in men's sizes. On my personal shirt ordered it had a flaw. I reached out to the company. Gloria got a hand of it and took care of the rest. She sent out a new shirt at no extra cost and I got it in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the customer service. Thanks Teespring especially GLORIA!
I received a hoodie with a limited edition foil logo on it. The logo, however, did not adhere to all the edges and the foil was discolored. I had received two other foil logo shirts and they were perfect. I called customer service and they helped me replace it through pictures I'd taken. It took a few more steps than I expected, but I received a new hoodie. Problem resolved. Special thanks to Ruel in The Support team. He helped me through the process from beginning to end.
