Do not buy gifts though this terrible company. If they want to return it they charge a restocking fee

This one of the most frustrating sites around.
If you need to change or cancel an order. You cannot go back to the site you ordered them on. You have to call them, so they can cancel.
The frustration is when they say it has been cancelled and you go back to change what you wanted to.
Go back into your account the next day. You cannot tell, what has been cancelled and what is active.
Even more frustrating, when I get charged for a purchase that was cancelled.
And company says, "have your bank call us". Excuse me?

Ordered a T-shirt and after it not arriving I contacted customer service and asking where my parcel was and they weren't helpful at all. After another week of my parcel not arriving I asked for a refund and they are refusing to respond to me. It's been a month and still haven't received my parcel

Worst experience. Package lost…customer service is useless and doesn't care and won't give me my money back. Stay away from this place! Stole $80 > :(

NOT an xxl. More like a Medium! And No Returning it, per their policy. Design might be perfect but sizing is OFF! Be aware!

Scammers use bots to steal designs from Amazon merch and they repost them of sell them to sites like this. Please don't support site like the that steal from other artists.

I tried signing in to check on my order and it won't let me log in, it keeps saying incorrect password, then I rest it twice and still won't work!

The shopping experience was easy. The product once receive dL looks nothing like what was advertised.

I ordered a white Tokyo Olympics 2021 pullover hoody but received a blue one.

My order was returned and I have no idea why. Never received any notice saying it was returned nor have I received a refund.

One shirt I bought was printed terribly on the cheapest t-shirt I've ever seen. The other two t-shirts I bought never showed up and the customer service was non-existent. At first they asked us to wait, then they lied, then they stopped responding. Seeing how the artwork was an exact replica of an original I later found, I think they people are just stealing artwork and never actually making the tshirts.

The shirts did not arrive in time for the event I needed them for. Now the company will not answer my repeated messages on how to exchange or return them.

Ordered Thanksgiving T shirts for entire family 2 weeks ahead of holiday and never received. When they do arrive, they're going right back.

The mens shirts were done correctly
The womend where a mish mash of different brands... quality was not there... sorry... but logo on front was very cute!

Both shirts were a lot larger than the normal medium and small that I thought I was getting.

Imprint was printed in two places instead of where I positioned it. The 2nd line did not show when I submitted it or on the picture that I ordered

I got a 2T sweater that runs so small. It looks like an iron was left on it on a couple of different places. It was a Christmas present so don't want to deal with the hassle of returning or refunding since it won't get here on time
