Ordered a T-shirt and after it not arriving I contacted customer service and asking where my parcel was and they weren't helpful at all. After another week of my parcel not arriving I asked for a refund and they are refusing to respond to me. It's been a month and still haven't received my parcel

* TeeShirtPalace attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
