The T-shirts were exactly as we expected. Good quality and the sizes are true to American sizes. In other words an XL is actually extra large!

Original order USPS shipping label was generated but order never shipped. I asked customer service to reship. After another week, new package made it into the postal system. Four days later I received TWO identical items in separate packages. Why? Original order placed 10 days prior to a birthday. Did not receive package(s) until 17 days after birthday.

I placed my order on 9/6, but didn't receive it until 9/18,12 days later
I wasn't in any great rush to get it, but it seems odd
The package was postmarked 9/7 first class mail from Livonia, MI - it shouldn't take 11 days to get a package from MI to NY
Also your tracking system was of very little use; what concerns people these days is getting speedy notification that their order has ARRIVED because of the prevalence of theft - it would be better if you could send notification of delivery via TEXT MESSAGE
But I did get my order despite the long delay and the enhanced possibility of theft since I had no way to know when it had arrived other than to check my mailbox frequently, which is a nuisance
The shirt I ordered was a quality product and I'm glad to have it
