Happy to report these are true women sizes. I would size up just to make sure as the run a little small. But if you like a tight fit then order your size. I wear a 22/24 I got the next size up. The fit was a little loose, but after washing I am sure it will be prefect. Great material, love the cotton. These shirts are cut for a woman's body. Not an oversize men's T-shirt. The shape overall is very good and I am happy with my purchase. The writing/print could be a little bolder, the fabric is a little thick. I thin over time and a some washing will fix that. Thank you,
