The front of the shirt was perfect

The front of the shirt was perfect - just what I wanted.
However, I asked to have it personalized with the title Ms. On the back with my name,
And when I got the shirt it had "Mrs." instead. Very disappointing - especially since
I had to pay extra to have the shirt personalized.
