This is my first time trying the product. Order process was simple. Only one promo code accepted though and I was offered 2 promos. Will submit additional feedback as soon as order is received.
The shirt was very good quality, but the sizing for a L is huge. I could have easy taken a M or S, but because it was monogramed "L" there are no returns or exchanges. I tried shrinking in washer/dryer and that did help a bit, but still way too big. Be aware of sizing when you order; otherwise a great process and product.

Site is easy to navigate. However the USPS delivery was slow. The package was in the Seminole-Orlando Distribution Center for 4 business days before it departed. You may. Want to check into that issue.
Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service and product.
I received a "thankyou" code e-mail and I tried to use the stars20 and then the thankyou but it wouldn't let me combine anything...I always have to pay shipping so I was hoping to use the "thankyou 10% off code" on my actual purchase. I appreciate the 20% off but it never comes off of the product I always feel like at the end of checkout I paid pretty much the advertised price with no extra help off. (I am a teacher and on a limited income so anything helps always!)
