I ordered a shirt for my aunt for Christmas. When I opened it, there were smudges on the design. I sent pictures and stated I was not satisfied with the product. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They avoided giving me y money back and just sent a replacement. I told them I did not want the replacement, as shipping takes time and it would not make it in time for the holidays. They have not given me refund. I have not received the replacement and I do not want it.

I am very pleased with my t-shirts and sweatshirts. All were true to size, well made, and just as pictured.

I felt compelled to leave a great review due to all the bad ones. Item arrived in one week, Awesome quality and packaging. Nothing bad to say. Great hoodie!

Agree with the previous poster. I ordered shirts for my employees to wear at outf Christmas party. They did not arrive in the time advertised. I gave up and purchased from WLmart. I contacted TeeNavi by email because there is no customer service number.

Each response from the sender says please be patient. Give it a few more days. We are a small business. If we refund you we lose money.

I wiLL NEVER order from this site again. I also do not recommend this site to others. The site has a 45% rating on site scammer. And 39.5 rating on scam detector

I was given a tracking number which showed the package was not picked up after 3 days. I'm over it. I just want a refund.

I've filed a dispute with my bank and I just reported the site in the BBB website and filed a complaint.

Also check their social media, Instagram had page not found, Twitter had 2 post in total from the summer, it's just a mess.

I do not recommend.

I bought a T-shirt that was way too big I tried to get it in a smaller size and I thought that I was able to make an even exchange I was told that I could not return the T-shirt because it was custom-made and that if I wanted to get another T-shirt I would have to pay half of what the T-shirt cost so that means I would been paying full price and then half price for one T-shirt which I didn't understand also I was unable to return the shirts for my refund back I don't understand this company

Everything about my experience with TeeNavi was AWESOME! I contacted the Help Desk for help, I not only got GREAT help, but it was timely and no matter how much I emailed asking questions, they answered every single one of them the FIRST time! No runaround or asking stupid questions back like most help desks seem to do these days! I customized 2 of my 5 hoodies and had questions on 2 others, and they emailed me the mockup, tweeked whatever I wanted changed, and with no hassle! I got the hoodies super quick and they not only were all correct but OH SO BEAUTIFUL! The quality of the pictures was amazing! The best that I have ever had from an online hoodie shop and I order from a LOT! I live in my hoodies and have way more than any sane person should (like probably over 50... and counting!) and I honestly won't order from anywhere else ever again!

I ordered a shirt and it didn't end up working with the combination or shirt color and graphics. You could barely read the writing. After some email correspondence to them, Teenavi sent me a new shirt free of charge. Thanks Teenavi.

Quality t shirts and print. I was surprised that a product could make my 14 year old daughter Jenna is like, when we were kids you have a favorite SHIRT. Thank goodness I got 3 or was it 4. Jenna said DAD where is your shirt. And I reminded her that I'm a Steelers fan. But Thankyou from this FATHER. She SHOWS her friends in person and online. Cool shirt for a COOL PRICE! TOMMYBOY

I ordered a shirt for the first time from this site and it did arrive in a timely manner, but it is small as I ordered a Large knowing that a lot of tee-shirts from these sites run small or supper shrink once washed. BUT... when I went to the site to search to order maybe order another one, noticed these anti-Joe Biden designs popping up. To be direct... I am an independent political kind of person... but found these designs to be angry, sad, not nice and just plain bias. Then did a couple of searches under "Trump" and they have a whole lot of designs that are positive for Trump, and well... are just ludicrous.

I will never order from this site again and will do whatever I can to share the bias of whoever is behind TeeNavi... it just makes me sad.

Oh my gosh! I am so pleased with this beautiful piece of memorabilia! What a wonderful keepsake in memory of one of the greatest and most innovative musicians of our time. The colour ( I chose purple) is so vibrant, and the print, so vivid. Thank you TeeNavi for this piece of history that I will cherish for the rest of my life!

I ordered a ballet anatomy drawing. Spent almost 40 dollars. But after 3 months wait and follow ups, I received a photocopy of a drawing that I didn't order. The value is around 5 dollars. So bad I feel like stupid to believe this company. God will punish them

I got this shirt for my granddaughter. She loves to read loves owls and definitely knows things! She loved it!

I ordered this hoodie and it is exactly as described. I love it so much! It arrived a few weeks before Halloween and I was able to wear it often. It is very comfy.
My only issue was Teenavi sent an email saying I would get a tracking number, but I did not. However shipping was prompt. And I am very happy with the hoodie. I will definitely order from here in the future.

I am very happy with the sunflower shirts that I have purchased! The sizing is true and the material is good quality. I do wish that there was something on the front, could be a small sunflower where a pocket would be, just something. Shipping was on time as well! Thanks so much!

I appreciated the customer service and fast delivery. I found a shirt with father of nightmares and ordered it around the same time and have not received it yet. Too bad you didn't have it or I would have ordered it from you you.

Absolutely top notch design and service! So happy, that I ordered another different designed shirt. It also helps to have Megadeth and Dave Mustaine promotions! The only downside is no telephone number, little unnerving. 5 stars! - Alan C. Boston, MA

The hoodies are awesome, just what I wanted, definitely was wonderfully shocked at how well they turned out, I am also weary of ordering on line but so glad I gave this company a chance, easy transaction from start to finish
