I ordered colorful hair clip-ons through daisyever they arrived in reasonable timing and are very cute, I am only able to use the website to its full capacity using Google chrome when I usually prefer Fire Fox where filters don't work properly, but even on chrome sellers don't seem to categorize their products well to be found in search and filtered well... Otherwise the experience is great and I will defiantly shop there again, Thank you!
I used Teefury in the past. I loved it when I had it. If things go well for you and you like the service, I wish you luck. I'm glad it went well for you. However, I ended my subscription and settled in for a lot of emails. I didn't move to take myself off the mailing list for a long time because I didn't mind seeing the deals, just in case. However, when the time came to get off the email list, the link to do so was broken. Nothing I could do or any browser used would let me cancel my email subscription. I sent them an email because they have no phone number or physical location. The email was COMPLETELY ignored. I don't even remember getting an automated response. Today in the morning (about two years after this request) I got tired of deleting them in bulk and emailed again. This time I received an automated response. It said I was a little early for their business hours and they would contact me soon. They have done nothing of the sort and I expect they never will. I am not sure how to remove myself from their mailing list, and whether this is just someone's oversight, or a deliberate evade, it's unreasonable.
I purchased the North Park tee, and when it arrived in the mail the graphic was already faded. I've only worn it and washed it once, and it looks like I've owned it for years. I'm very disappointed.
I ordered some grab bag shirts just for fun. A month later they still hadn't sent me the shipped email so I contacted them. They got it all sorted out but I'm still waiting for my shirts. Also they said they would refund my shipping but I haven't seen that money in my account yet.
I ordered a shirt from an artist's store. The ink and color quality was far below what I was expecting (based on my previous orders of daily/featured shirts from TeeFury). I wrote a message to customer service expressing my frustration and disappointment. I haven't received a follow-up to it, but I DID receive this survey, so 2 stars for having the shirt delivered when promised, and -3 for a poor quality product and lack of follow-up.
I love the t shirt I ordered, I just wish it fit! I'm a size 4/6 and usually wear a size medium t shirt. I sized up to a large because I was ordering the women's fitted shirt so it wouldn't be too tight, but the large I received fits like an extra small. I won't be able to wear it and I won't be ordering from TeeFury again. It's a shame, I'd love to have many of those designs, but I refuse to order something I can't trust to fit.
Customer service didn't respond within the 48 hour notification that they would respond. Then it took several messages back & forth to be made aware of a delay in printing. The shipping may have been out of your hands but it was delivered 3 days late. This has been a very unacceptable transaction.
The t-shirt design was cool, but when I unpackaged my brand new tee, it had a dime sized hole in the back. Very disappointed. First time I've received a sub par purchase from tee fury.
I ordered 9 grab bag shirts in ladies' 2XL and 8 out of 9 are even smaller than other shirts I've previously ordered from them that are ladies' Large. Only one of them actually fit.
Also I noticed that the graphic on a couple of the shirts was flaking off in large spots.
I'm just happy I didn't pay full price for any of them...
I love the Tee Fury designs fun and creative. I have bought 10+ of their shirts. Unfortunately they seem to fall apart more easily than any other shirt I buy. They tend to get holes in the armpit area very quickly. I don't have these same issues with other brands. It feels quite disappointing when I have to toss a shirt that is hard to replace and I purchased because I loved the design...
Yes I took the gamble of going with the random tee option, but the quality of the print if very sub standard compared to other t-shirts i've bought from this site. It's a shame really. Quite disappointing.
I have ordered from Tee Fury on several occasions. I really like the men's T but the sizing on the women's Ts isn't very good. You will get a quality T-shirt and nice artwork, but it takes them forever to get them mailed to you. I can't even check on the status of my order because that page on their website isn't working. So, after almost a month, no way to check on my order, missed birthday present window, I doubt I will be ordering from them in the future. It just isn't worth the hassle and there is the issue of no returns. Other good T-shirt vendors out there.
Great looking shirt, unfortunately came on a more athletic fit, as most sites these days send out. What now you get the bod and the funny shirts?! Thanks for the fat shaming.
The Large Premium T doesn't run true to size. Wears like a medium. Since no returns are allowed for majority of shirts Tee Fury should provide more information about sizing.
Terrific t-shirt design, but I'm not excited about the fabric quality. It's not very soft compared with other t-shirts that I own.
I've ordered from TeeFury before, and while I've had some good experiences, I'm fairly dissatisfied with my last two orders. Not only did it take almost 3 and a half months for my last order to arrive (because it was misplaced BEFORE shipment), but it would also be more helpful if I could see the total charge of my purchase in my own currency before I place my order. It's very frustrating thinking I will be spending a certain amount of money only to discover an extra charge on credit card due to the exchange rate.
I've been waiting for over a month now for t-shirts. Why I don't understand. I love this website and the art work. However this is not the first time I've been late giving someone there birthday gift because of this website. Why because it takes forever to get my order. I think I'm gonna give another website a try next time.
In this instance I'd be happy to pay express shipping as I need the products for next weekend. Im hoping they arrive in the coming week.
I've been a long time purchaser of TeeFury shirts. The quality and care that is taken is always amazing.
I ordered 6 shirts at one time, something I haven't done before. Usually the shirts come to my mail box with no issues. This time I had to go pick up the shirts, and pay an additional $25 in customs, something I've never had to do before. I was a bit shocked. It's likely I'll only order one or two at a time from now on, rather than order several making it an extra expense.
Even just reading reviews on Sitejabber you can see that all their 5 star reviews are from around 2011.
Something has changed. Maybe under new management or sub contracted offshore.
I to received an email about them "changing" their printing technique. It doesn't take much smarts to realize that doing such a thing only weeks before Christmas would be suicidal. Yet here we are.
Personally my order has past the magic "3 week" number and is still listed as being filled and not shipped.
When trying to contact them for any info your met with a auto response that says it will take them a week to reply.
I don't think anyone could argue that this should be classed as terrible customer service. I've spoken to others who have waited longer than a week to get a reply.

Shirt was poorly constructed and print was slightly off-center. Not a great value for the cost. I probably won't order from TeeFury again.
While the order process and receipt of the shirt was easy as it always has been, my most recent purchase after only 1 wash started to reflect the print had rubbed off. Not sure if it was just the particular print that I ordered, the shirt material change or if I want the print to last I have to order the higher priced shirt material?
My wife is 5'7 and 125 lbs with a thin, athletic build. I ordered her a medium shirt which she normally wears. The shirt was very small. It would have been nice to know that they ran small.
Otherwise, the t-shirt was nice and of high quality

I ordered 6 women's 2xl grab bag shirts. 3 were the same design, just different colors. I don't really need/ want 3 of the same design. There was also a huge difference in the sizes (even though they were all 2xl). I understand that they can't be exactly the same, but only one met the measurements of a 2xl, the others were about 6 inches narrower. It's hard to order shirts if you don't know what size you are actually going to get. We're usually happier with our orders, hopefully the next one will be better.
Due to, I assume, heavy traffic, the first order I tried to place said it was not processed. I left the site, came back a couple minutes later, and I was able to process the order. The next day I realized I was charged twice and received two orders. I was not happy about it, but being that the sale stated all orders were final, I was not able to get a refund for one of the orders.
Long wait time for a slightly misprinted shirt, print has smudging near the head of the design. Had the survey response sent to me weeks before the shirt arrived. I've ordered a lot from Teefury and hey are usually better. But inconsistency has been the name of the game of late, both in quality and in sizing.
