Very happy with my purchase! The size of the shirt was perfect. Sometimes when you order shirts it says XL fits more like a medium. The overall quality was great and I'm very impressed! Will definitely be ordering more. Infact i already have!

I have been ordering from TeeFury for years now and have always had good experiences but was especially pleased with this last one. When I placed my order I forgot to change the billing address and quickly emailed customer service. Caitlin replied promptly and addressed my issue.
This is not my first order, as I am a return customer many times over. In the last year or so, however, they have increased the speed in which items are shipped and received, so I appreciate the improvement. Keep getting better! You guys are doing great!
Apart from long delivery time (which is ok if it's driving the overall cost down) everything is perfect. Talked to the customer service a couple of time (wrong t-shirt size, other minor stuff) and they've been very courteous and helpful. Other site could learn from them :)
As soon as the team at TeeFury found out that my shipment got lost in transit, they quickly acknowledged it, and remedied! They were also really friendly and understanding. This sucked for them just as much as it did for me, but they went out of their way to make sure that my order would be filled. This is why I'll keep coming back; quality products, and great people!
I've been a fan of teefury for about 4 years. Love the designs. The mobile website though is not very good. If I log in it won't get past the shipping tab. I have to go in as a guest. Complained many times about it but no change. Just makes buying a bit frustrating
Like many others, I ordered a holiday sweater on December 10,2016 & still have not received a tracking number. I'm getting email responses from a "Miss Liberty." The sweater was $56 and was immediately charged to me. After reading these reviews, I'm wondering if this website is a scam... I just left a voice message & the answering service sounds like something a teenager might record.
Prices are higher, but the selection is way more massive - I'm sure it is a great business model. The customer side is less awesome than it used to be because there is no longer unique one-day-only $10-11 tee content, and the broad audience means less interesting designs sometimes. Some AMAZING designs, but they are harder to find because there's so much content. It makes me less interested than I was - but perhaps I've reach tee shirt glut. ;) Take advantage of the rare sales!
I often purchase "grab bag" tees whenever there's a sale. They also have great deals on "daily tees" that I'll get on a whim. They provide tracking with their shipping too. (I love that!) They have great customer service and answer questions pretty quickly. (Mine was answered in less than 12 hours or so.)
The design is great, but it's one of those plastered on designs that after some wash loads is going to start to come off. It's not made into the fabric like high quality design t-shirts. Hopefully the design will last for a good bit. Aldo shipping seemed to take longer than my usual purchases.
TeeFury has always provided me with good service and have received tees in a timely manner. Sometimes, holiday/event shirts should be up earlier than they are to receive in time, but it's better than it used to be.
Teefury has a great checkout experience. A few clicks or taps and you're done. Given their design-a-day format this ease of use is perfect if you're jus checking in and see something you like. Also great as gifts.
Ordered a sweater on 12/2 and it is now 12/16 with no sweater, emailed customer service 4 times before they responded and told me it takes 10 days to get the order ready and 3-5 for shipping but it has been 14 days and their response says it's still in production? Website says they have them in stock. Do not order unless you have a couple months to wait. Not even sure if they will ship.
Considering the circumstances especially the influx of tickets probably due to the same glitch that affected me, I am happy with customer service's response. I was treated with respect and they were professional. They replaced my order with expedited shipping to make up for lost time. I really do feel like a valued customer. Thank you Teefury.
Got a great sweatshirt from them last year but things have certainly changed. Same issues that others are describing: ordered in November for Christmas, been a month with no progress on my order, submitted a ticket and have received no response. So disappointed that my Christmas sweatshirt gift will either never show or will once it's warm.
Teefury's graphic tees are high quality fabric and screen printed. I can always find great artwork there and artists that I love. The shirt I purchased this time will be a great fathers day gift for my husband.
Got 5 grab bag deals and I love them! They arrived sooner than expected and look great. My only complaint would be that they all fit differently even though they are the same size and cut. But for $3 a pop, I'm okay.

You sent me the survey request twice, the delay in me filling it in after receiving the first email was because i was waiting to actually receive the goods before i reviewed them - so i'll just say that delivery could be faster - i know i'm in another country, but i received other items from other sites outside my country faster than this arrived - also, maybe space out your survey reminder emails to take this into account.
Receive the daily emails with the spotlight design and saw one that was a perfect gift for a friend. Easy to select and check out. Shirt is quality material. Have shopped at Teefury before and love their stuff.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
