Ordered on Aug 26,2023. Its now September 13,2023 and the product has yet to be delivered. I am being told its "international" shipping from Florida to BC Canada and that I could possibly be looking at up to 10 weeks for delivery. Customer service has said that I have to wait the full 10 weeks before they will even look at doing anything! I have ordered many times in the past and shipping was always quick. I dont know that I will order from them again soley based on this.

I used Teefury in the past. I loved it when I had it. If things go well for you and you like the service, I wish you luck. I'm glad it went well for you. However, I ended my subscription and settled in for a lot of emails. I didn't move to take myself off the mailing list for a long time because I didn't mind seeing the deals, just in case. However, when the time came to get off the email list, the link to do so was broken. Nothing I could do or any browser used would let me cancel my email subscription. I sent them an email because they have no phone number or physical location. The email was COMPLETELY ignored. I don't even remember getting an automated response. Today in the morning (about two years after this request) I got tired of deleting them in bulk and emailed again. This time I received an automated response. It said I was a little early for their business hours and they would contact me soon. They have done nothing of the sort and I expect they never will. I am not sure how to remove myself from their mailing list, and whether this is just someone's oversight, or a deliberate evade, it's unreasonable.
Sales are final and you need to make sure the items fit... but the size chart is way off. I ordered two hoodies for my 6'1", 145 lb. son. According to the size chart, he was a medium. I ordered medium. They barely fit his 5'2", 100 lbs, tiny, little girlfriend. And of course they won't exchange them...
Buyer beware - the artwork is great, but nothing else about this site is good.

I have no complaints. I ordered a shirt late for my husband's birthday, and it came in a reasonable amount of time. Shirt is in great shape and the print on it is nice and bright. Thank you!

I placed my order on December 9,2016 and received my order on January 12,2017. That is unheard of in this day and age. I will not order from them again in the future. I will also make sure I tell my friends and family of my experience as well and let them decide for themselves.
Like nearly all of the Teefury reviews in the last six months, I was also conned out of my money over a couple of shirts. I had used Teefury in the past and had excellent results. Why would I expect anything else? Two months and a four week response time kinda tipped me off. Oh yeah, they never did respond past an automated "We received your ticket". Don't be taken in by their recent apology assuring everyone that they were improving service, had repaired their database and were partnered with a company to fulfill orders on time. In summary, don't use this company. They're scamming their artists, and you.
Ordered a sweater on Nov. 21st so that it would be in for Christmas. They did not even ship it until Dec. 21st! It's now Dec. 30th and still no sweater. I emailed them and they were not helpful at all and provided no solution. I will never order from there again! I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Ordered shirt and they took my money right away but I never received it. Finally got a response from customer service but it was just to say they are switching systems or something like that and that orders would start being fulfilled, but still nothing. I'm not the only one that has had this experience either. And they still have the audacity to continue advertising shirt designs even though they are "backed up with orders." Shut this place down. They have a mile long list unhappy customers who have been waiting months for the shirt they ordered.
I ordered it a while ago, and it never showed up. Which was disappointing. I'm not super crushed, but I am quite disappointed.
I ordered a shirt from an artist's store. The ink and color quality was far below what I was expecting (based on my previous orders of daily/featured shirts from TeeFury). I wrote a message to customer service expressing my frustration and disappointment. I haven't received a follow-up to it, but I DID receive this survey, so 2 stars for having the shirt delivered when promised, and -3 for a poor quality product and lack of follow-up.
The shirt is good quality, cute design and fits nicely. Very happy with shirt and shopping experience.
Worst product I have ever received! I can not believe I payed for this piece of garbage they call a sweater. Took over a month to receive my order and the graphics on the sweater are HORRIBLE! If you are in to paying for expensive ugly, crap clothes then this is the site for you. If not, then absolutely do not give your money to this site!
WOW! Biggest disappointment ever. I am so sad I didn't do research before purchasing from this site. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered beginning of December, was supposed to get sweater by December 16th, didn't get until January (what is the point of ordering a holiday sweater that arrives after the holidays?). Spoke to Miss Liberty (customer service) multiple times - always some bull$#*! reply that go me no where. Tried to submit chargeback through my bank, but since I received the product, the bank wouldn't accept. The company will not give you a refund either. They lead you on to believe they might, but then they don't. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
I can't give a positive review, as I have been asked to respond TWICE now, but have still not received my t-shirt. You should probably wait until the customer has actually RECEIVED their item before asking for a review. Thanks!
DO NOT order from this company. They are a bunch of scumbags who will take your money and will never send your product. They will lie and say when the delivery will be, but will never send it. They will say they have your product in stock, but they dont. Good luck trying to get a refund. You will have to dispute your purchase from your CC company. I ordered a Holiday Sweater from Holiday Fury at the end of November for a Christmas party in December. Its January 6th, and I just received the "made to order" item.
They do NOT offer refunds or cancelations.
They will NOT get you your item when you actually want it.
They fake their reviews on their website to make it look like everyone is a 5-star happy customer.
I can't say enough about how horrible this company is. Avoid.
I have been tracking my package, which was originally scheduled to be here April 21st but as of last night April 24, it still has not arrived. I have ordered in the past without any issues so this is surprising.
I placed an order for clearance shirts two weeks ago today and, checking the tracking number just now, the order is apparently still sitting with its label created. Normally, I have no problem waiting a week or so for an order to arrive, but this long of a delay seems sort of suspicious.
Not sure I'll bother shopping at TeeFury again.
Sounds like my experience is not unique... Have ordered from them before and was pleased with their products and service. So ordered two shirts again in June 2018, didn't receive anything as of August so followed up and was told they had resent the order. Followed up repeatedly until the order showed up in November (!) with one shirt the right pattern but too small (despite ordering the same size as my previous shirts) and one the wrong pattern. A week later a second shipment arrives - the other pattern I ordered there but again the shirt was too small, and another shirt included that wasn't even close to my order!
I followed up asking for the patterns I ordered to be delivered in the right size which led to three months of discussions on how I ordered a different style, and I guess should have known the fabric was different and had no stretch so would fit differently?! End result: i'm Tired of arguing with them and being blamed for their mistake so now have four shirts, none of which fit me and two that have a pattern I didnt order. And they refuse to refund my money. Won't be ordering anything from them again...
I'm mostly pleased. One XL shirt I ordered seemed to me like a 2XL but all the other shirts I've ordered I was happy with. I'm also still waiting for a poster I ordered almost 2 weeks ago to ship.
I ordered a large shirt and got a tent that has an L printed on the inside of it. Very dissatisfied. I tried submitting a request to reorder and tried uploading a picture that was the correct format, and it kept telling me it wasn't the right format.
The guy shirts were great but the women's shirts were way too small. Not even close to the sizing chart. My wife got a medium and it fit my 6 year old. It's a shame we can't send them back because they're "custom made".
I ordered a hoodie for my son on November 29. It's now January 8, and the order has not arrived. 11 days ago I contacted TeeFury asking for information about the order. I got an automated response telling me that a ticket had been opened and that all further information would come via a web interface. I've checked that page every couple of days since then, but TeeFury has not updated it or provided me with any information.
I've read apologists claiming that the company got overwhelmed by holiday orders, and I find this easy to believe, but I find it obnoxious that I get emails from TeeFury every day enticing me with new designs to make another purchase. If you can't fulfill the orders you've already received, it's time to re-organize and focus resources on fulfillment. The relentless marketing at this point adds insult to injury.
