Wish that you all went up to a 3x in ladies fitted shirts. My chest is snug in 2x and makes me have a uniboob. But I still love the fun designs.
Lots of great designs and lots that don't appeal to me personally. Delivery times internationally have improved, but still aren't great.

I ordered my sweater the end of November for an Ugly Sweater Party (duh) 2 weeks later. And, surprise! I didn't get an email confirming my sweater even shipped until January 2nd. Laughable. Like this whole experience has been so ridiculous I just can't help but laugh at this joke of a company.
So - about a week after I ordered the sweater - I reached out to the company asking what was up since I hadn't received an update of any kind, then I got the pleasure of talking to Miss Liberty - who is also a laughable joke.
I was met with the typical "we're doing everything we can and you'll get an email notifying you when your sweater ships". Now I spend another week waiting for any form of update from Holiday Fury - there was nothing. I sent another email to Miss Liberty, now at this point telling her this was unacceptable and they needed to fix this. She argues with me! It's now 3 1/2 weeks after I order this overpriced piece of sh*t sweater that I won't be able to wear. She tries to assure me it will be here before the years "festivities". I send her another email telling her to refund my money. She tells me that my issue has been escalated to their returns department (lol ya okay like they have a returns department) and that all matters will be handled in 3-7 days. It's been 9 and that's just including business days, still no refund or follow up email from Miss Liberty.
So - if you buy a sweater from this website, expect to have if your "festivities" for the following year because it's gonna take at least 4-5 weeks to even ship. THEN expect to be blown off countless times by Miss Liberty. THEN expect to get stuck in this cycle because these people are incompetent potatoes who have no idea how to handle issues, customer service, or communication.
Love my 3x Wednesday "I hate everything" sweatshirt. It fits true to size and I like that because I hate a tight fitting sweatshirt. Thanks.
I ordered a shirt which ended up being too small. Sadly, there are no returns/exchanges. Now I'm out $30 for a shirt I can't wesr.

Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
